Had a harsh brassy colour in the ends of my hair and they corrected it back to my natural dark blonde like it was no trouble! Lovely service too!

Bought coco keratin hair straightening from Groupon. My hair was very frizzy but they make it look way more healthier! Very nice staffs too. I’m happy

I'm extremely happy with my hair colour. I wanted a purple balayage but wasn't sure about the process. The girls take good care of you and make sure you are happy. Thank you for the colour - everyone I have seen has commented that it looks fantastic:)

If I could give this business a 0 I would. They are scammers. I purchased a Groupon package for $80 which was for a colour and blow wave, when I got there she charged me an extra $20 for no reason. A few people I know that have been there have also been scammed for other products, teeth whitening and other hair services. Do not go to this hair salon.

Had a Groupon originally and called in to book. Lady was very kind and friendly. Service was great and I really loved the haircut. Will be coming back.

Whilst the ladies working there are nice, I feel they are always overbooked and rushing between clients. I have been there around 3-4 times and I have had to wait for hours during my colouring session. The last time I was there, someone applied colour to my hair and they didn't take me for a wash for nearly 1.5 hours past my colour application. I was getting late for my school pick up and the hairdresser rushed to wash my hair and toned it in a hurry. After I came home I realised my hair wasn't washed well as I did have colour deposit on my scalp which was itchy. I won't be going there again as appointment times aren't adhered to and there is no respect for people's time. The price is not cheap as they always charge you extra for toner, long hair etc. The best part is their EFTPOS machine never works!

Absolutely amazing work from Nat. Highly recommend her. Turned my dark hair with old balayage and completely transformed it to a blonde balayage that looks so natural. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my hair. Will be back!

So, I brought mum here today using a groupon voucher for hair styling package with full head of foils or bayalage. We were late cause we got lost they were nice and friendly about it. The colours came out well but unfortunately my mum’s haircut wasn’t even cut properly. They’ve apologised for her hair at the front the left was shorter than the right (so im not gonna post that pic) but i didn’t even see this until we were out and mum was walking in front of me! After I asked about the front part being uneven another hairdresser came to check her hair and didnt even tell us about this? I requested for layers at the back but theres a hole now? I’m so disappointed. I was expecting her to get the full works with blow wave and treatment - argan oil (as stated in the voucher and what i understood by hair styling) but they sent her home with her hair like this. I thought I was giving mum a treat, turns out to be what you might say the worst hair salon experience she’s had she said.

I had the best experience there, all of them were lovely and great stuffs. I am so happy with my experience, I want to thank Mariana she worked really hard on my hair for one hour trying to fix it as possible as she can.thank you guys ️️️, they offered me a special offer every time I come

Tried it as a part of Groupon deal. Natalie is amazing with an eye for detail and very easy to work with. Great work ethics. Will be going back for regular cuts from now on.

Felt like my hair was done in a rush. The dye product irritated my skin, and it hurted. I asked the girl to wipe it off a bit, all she said is " but you have hair there", with a rude attitude. Went home and found out I got color on my cheeks, forehead and neck, it was hard to remove.nobody told me at all or cleaned it up. Won't go again.

Very impressive Work manner, Friendly and polite, Try to provide what you want. Shane was extremely professional. Reasonable prices are offered must visit there. I got my hair done with full head foils and loved the color and end results.

I have attended the salon about 5 times, always excellent service at a great price. I have just discovered Nat the last 2 times and once u have had Nat you won't go anywhere else. Nat is pleasant, hardworking and a highly experienced and knowledgeable hairdresser. However the rest of Charlotte's are pretty great.

Natalie was amazing! Went in with a groupon the first time and came back for more the second cause she was that good! Super nice, knowledgeable and informative, she told me how to upkeep my hair, how to help it heal from the constant bleaching I put it through and was obviously skilled with balayages. Love her and will come back again for the third time soon!

Nat's been doing my hair for years and ALWAYS checks that we're on the same page before cutting or colouring. Nat's cool with me getting it 'tweaked' at the end too.
Charlotte is an amazing business owner who creates a welcoming environment for ALL her clients not just the cash cows! Keep it up ladies!
