I had an amazing haircut here on the 18/1 (I am terrible with names but great at faces) by a blonde woman with shoulder length hair. (May have spoken Arabic / Lebanese)

She was very skilled at cutting and my hair was a complete long mess and now it looks fabulous.

All for $55. Best value and perfect haircut. Great work!

Service this time was terrible.the staff didn’t double cleanse my hair, or properly condition, no serum or even hair protector was applied, and long waiting time in between. Didn’t blow wave properly. Disappointing!

Went in yesterday for my 1 year old son’s haircut. Was told couldn’t do it because there was no barber. No other customers in the shop and 2 hairdressers present. Seriously, a hairdresser who can’t cut a 1 year old boy’s hair shouldn’t be a hairdresser. I walked out of the shop in embarrassment for them. They need to pick up their game.

Lovely hair salon, however the hairdresser wasn't very interactive and even though I said I was happy I got home and noticed I could have had some more off at the back. Obviously I take responsibility for that however a bit more communication and actually showing me the back may have helped.

A relative of mine went in and they told her total would be $150 for what she wanted done. Sounded right. Once she sat down, halfway through the job, the receptionist came over and said that the quote was incorrect and it was actually going to cost total $250. This was after the job was half way through. They were at fault and put her in very uncomfortable position, relentlessly telling her she had to pay the $250. When she asked to speak to the manager, the receptionist got defensive and stormed out crying. They ended up settling on $198. Very bizarre unpleasant experience. And after all that, the cut was only average anyways.

Claudia is very sweet and understands what customers wanted. However, the other staff who is in reception area told me that fringe will go out of style when I just ask them personally what fringe style would look better on me, she also told me that they don't have enough time just to get mine done although no customers was there waiting for their service.

I went for a layer haircut, the hairdresser literally cut two pieces of my hair and called it done. She wet my hair and didn’t even dry it, on top of it she uses some product in my hair and it almost drenched in it. She charged my $45 for just using her scissors twice, not only that one of their staff was a RACIST. I went to pay for a service l didn’t even like and their eftpos machine wasn’t working, her staff rudely said you can come back later to pay when we have connection, you do need to pay for your services. I wouldn’t have run away with your money, and was completely biased for other customers. A complete waste of time and money, never going back!

So happy with my experience yesterday with Claudia, my hair was done to exactly what I asked (half a head of foils) and was very reasonably priced!
I have a lot of long thick hair and Claudia treated me like every other customer ensuring I was happy thought the entire process! I will definitely be back! Thankyou Claudia!

I always get my haircut from this place. Raj is my usual hair dresser, he is pretty skilled and professional and good at communicating with his clients.

Priscilla at the Westfield Store did my daughter's (2) hair this afternoon and it was a success! It my toddler's first haircut so she was a bit tentative at the beginning but Priscilla was so much fun and performed an awesome haircut. My daughter didn't want to leave! Would definitely recommend

Very disappointing results. I asked the hairdresser for a thick look haircut. I had that haircut for years. I showed her the photo what I want to look like and she said she knows how to do it. Then she just ruin my hair. Gave me a thin hair cut look. In the end I asked her it’s different with the photo I showed and she said that’s photoshop. In the end the other hairdresser lady told her how to fix my hair cut. So obviously my hairdresser is a new person and didn’t know how to cut hair.
