I bought a Tissot back in May 2022 as a gift for my husband and the time on watch slowed down, even after we adjusted it a couple of times over a week. Brought it back after a week and was told it’s gonna take 3 mths (21 Aug was the date given) to assess and fix. A bit disappointed with the time frame due to Covid as per Sophie but no choice. Waited for months and no call. Finally, I called up (24 Aug) and Sophie told me it has been sitting there since 15 July and someone has left a msg. Checked my voice mail and not a single msg in my voice mail. Wouldn’t you call again after a week or 2 when your customer didn’t turn up or reply? It’s been almost 6 weeks since you got my watch back and on your receipt it says if not claimed by 3 months it will be disposed. Really? And you never try to call the customer again. Very disappointed. And when I looked at your invoice it’s being repaired within Victoria. Do you need to give your customer 3 mths time frame to fix a watch? I should have asked for a refund instead of waiting. Very disappointed! You guys need to up a bit on after sale service and follow up with another call if no response.

I've purchased many watches at Salera's Doncaster over the decade.

Recently, Sophie organised an obligation-free transfer of a beautiful Longines watch. Next day I got a call it's arrived & Carla fitted it to my wrist that evening.

From enquiry, transfer to purchase all within 24hrs! My experience has always been positive & consistent.

This is undoubtedly the most unpleasant customer service I ever experienced. Aggressive, down talking, rude, raised voice practically yelling at me. I get that you can have a bad day but taking that out on customers is not ok. Incredible that in this day and age you’d approach a customer like this, especially someone who has bought from them before on a number of occasions. I will NEVER buy from Saleras again.

My experience at Salera's in Doncaster today was nothing short of heartbreaking.

I walked in to ask a simple question about a necklace repair, only to be confronted by a sales assistant who moved one step backwards when she saw me. She proceeded to ask if I had a mask to put on before she could serve me. She didn't ask if I had a medical exemption and was quite rude in demeanour.

I put on a mask and she took one reluctant glance at my necklace and dismissed me saying that she couldn't help me.

The overall experience was very unprofessional and left me wondering how someone can be so discriminatory after all we know about covid.

At the very least, she should be made aware that her sequin mask will NOT protect.

I had a brand new Gucci watch gifted to me for my birthday, But when I opened the box we noticed it had stopped working, I called up they told me to bring it down so they can look at it.
The Staff allowed me to switch it out for a new watch, Which was amazing. I appreciate the fantastic service and the fact that I can now wear it and enjoy my new watch. Thank you!

Most unpleasant customer service I ever received. Arrogant, judgmental, and not helpful at all. Didn't want to get away from what she was doing, Had to say hi to get attention, threw some questions at me about what I was looking for, Said they wouldn't have it. Then I found it and confronted her. She raised her voice practically yelling at me, said Go GOODBYE very angrily. Another sales person appeared and listened to what happened. Asked whether she can get the item for me. I did not want to get anything from them. No apologies from any of them. They were not interested in making a sale at all. Appalling behavior.

All in all, an unpleasant, judgmental, and condescending experience.

We were looking to see what size gems are ideal, and in trying a ring, it was reluctantly allowed since we did not carry our license physically (scanned and digitally available on my phone for convenience). While trying it on, someone blocked our way out as if we were about to take it and run. Next time, I'll be sure to bring my Resume and wear a Versace tuxedo to prove we can afford it.

After purchase its the buyers problem if there is an issue with the item, even with warranty. Poor service.spent 2K on a watch a year ago.flat battery now.but will not fix it even if we have the bill as we don't have the warranty date card that's in the box.

Nice range, bought a watch from here a few months ago. Came in today to add a few more links, something that I was told I could do but was told to wait as the only person capable was with a customer. Waited a while until I was repeatedly asked if I wanted to come back tomorrow as they were closing soon. Closed the shop around me as I continued to wait and was told to come back tomorrow. I came in with more than enough time and waited around for nothing while the other two twiddled their thumbs, horrible service

Extremely unprofessional staff just want to sell something to you with poor customer service, I bought a Tag but the watch was faulty.
They send it to be fixed which supposed to be done in 4 weeks but after a couple of call with no proper response I got there again and the watch was fixed after 8 weeks.

Extremely unhelpful staff. Went to get my watch bracelet adjusted but point blank refused. Asked me to come another time. I would understand that it gets busy at times but it's the attitude and the tone that made me make a mental note never to shop there again.

Extremely unhelpful and bordering on rude, sales lady, who suggested I look for my watch at other shops in Doncaster! I phoned again today, to ask if they could order/transfer the watch to their Doncaster shop, as my preferred location and this time she suggested I go to Myer Melbourne!
