18Zero star! Do not waste your money and your time at Salera's! Worst customer service ever! Do not recommend it at all!
They don’t honour their word.
I was told a watch will be put on hold aside till I drive to the store, I get to the store and they have already sold it. Very disappointed.
I recently purchased two RADO watches from Salera's, Northland and could not be happier! As a store, Salera's has a vast range of men's and ladies Swiss watches to choose from, which will satisfy even the most discerning of clients. I have always found the staff at Salera's, Northland to be knowledgeable of their products and honest in their advice. The customer service, particularly from Bill, is always exceptional.
I give Salera's, Northland my highest recommendation for quality products and customer service.

I was looking to get a Longines Master Collection watch, and dropped by at Salera's to try some models. I was served by Laura who I cannot speak more highly of! She was genuine, helpful, utterly polite and went above and beyond in assisting me, and answering all my queries. The particular size and model I was keen on was not in stock, so I didn't end one getting one, but the excellent service I received from Salera's Northland will sure have me happily come back again!

Red too many bad reviews about them but when I went to the store to return a faulty watch I received online, Laura from Northland store went an extra mile to help me to sort out my issue. She deserves 5 stars.
0 stars would be the only way to describe how rude and inattentive the staff here were. I Went elsewhere in the centre and had excellent service, unlike here where I was snobbed off and left to my own devices. Defiantly do not recomend.
I have always been apprehensive about coming to jewellers, I came here with an issue with a watch. Laura was amazing she wasn't pushy, knew her product, understood my requirements and let me make an informed decision which I didn't regret. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
If I could give them zero star's I would those people are horrible no customer service what so ever. NEVER GO THERE! NEVER NEVER
My family and I wanted to buy a Christmas present for my grandpa so we went to Northlands. We went to Salera's Jewellmasters and was served by Bill (the consultant). He was a very kind man, very helpful and we all are 100% satisfied with his service. The watch looks amazing and the quality was superb for the price! We even got a discount for Christmas! It was a bargain. Highly recommended.:)
I recently left a necklace for a simple solder repair of one link.
Two months later I collected my necklace after 10 attempt to find an eta for the works,
What I received on 25/10/19 was my necklace minus 4 links which were charred and burnt beyond recognition. Staff at Northland Salera's suggested i contact Head Office for a follow-up to my complaint.
I spoke to the said Store Manager whom promised a return phone call.
This never occurred even though a promise was made by the Manager.
Today I get a different Manager as the other Manager was conveniently on leave. A follow up call was returned offering an apology for the staff not returning calls.
The said time from for repairs is around 6-8 weeks as advised by Management at the city store.
So now this disgruntled party ha a shorter length necklace and charred ruins as a reminder of my first experience with Salera's Northland.
I will never set foot in any Salera shop again and will advise my friends and colleagues of this shocking experience.
I am very happy every time I visit Salera.

Went into the store thinking that I would like a wrist watch, was served by a delightful young man, Lachlan, I thought I knew what I wanted he felt that he knew what would look best on my wrist and he was ABSOLUTELY right. The watch looked perfect his service was fabulous and he was lovely and chatty. What a great retail experience! I will DEFINITELY be back.
Selling scratched up watches. Tried to treat it but made it worst and had the audacity to drop the discount and not owning up their mistake on their polishing work. They turned a link on a polished Longines watch bracelet into a brushed link, honestly how unprofessional can they be? !
Edit: Nope, they damaged the bracelet and still wanted to sell it to me as brand new, I'm very happy with Longines' finish on the bracelet, I'm just not happy that the brand new watch was already scratch and then the unprofessional blonde old lady decided it's okay to damage it further more
Having spent a lot of time going through the jewelers in the area, I didn't find anyone that was more attentive or helpful than Bill. He looked after both my partner and I with the purchase and resizing of a wedding ring. Bill kept me up to date the entire time and was even kind enough to expedite the resizing of the ring to make sure it would be ready before the big day. I can't praise him enough for his over and above service, a true asset to the business.
Had the most wonderful experience buying a watch from Salera's in Northland. Was served by a gentlemen named Lachlan who could not have been more helpful and polite. His expertise and recommendations were amazing as I entered the store unsure on which watch to buy between two. His recommendations helped me to select the right watch and I left the store feeling ecstatic. It was an experience where everything came together and when you have incredibly friendly and helpful sales staff it really adds to the experience.
Disappointed with the customer service today. Have shopped here on numerous occasions but today I was rudely shrugged off and dismissed by the sales person who seemed more focussed on her task than assisting me with my query. Purchased elsewhere as I will do in future.
Fake reviews look on product review they have the worst service in Australia it's because there money hungry, and put there customers last they don't understand they have a Buisness in Australia not some country in Europe. Selma is very rude she would put the company and its hungry pocket before the customer you will hate having to come back or deal with any of theses people there head office is even worse they need to be an today tonight for ripping people off, push the misses to go else where
