Great buys from the store. Kudos to Max for being very accommodating and being very patient on us while we go through our choices. He has helped us greatly on achieving the items we want to buy based on our budget.

DO NOT BUY FROM SALERA'S. The customer service and quality of their jewelry is by far the worst I've ever had. I've purchased 2 items from this store and both have broken. They take no responsibility that their jewelry is faulty and will blame it on the consumer. Will never purchase from here again.

My first experience with Salera’s was over 12 years ago, and each time I go back it’s a great experience. The team are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and have a great selection.

Recently i have bought this amazing SEIKO watch from Salera's, i was looking to buy a watch and when i was shopping around i saw this shop and i was very interested in their Seiko watch range. They have variety of brands but this Seiko really stood out to me and i decided to buy it. The sales person helped me get the right sizing and helped me choose this specific Seiko watch. The customer service is really amazing which is why i have decided to give it a 5 star. The salesperson was very kind and helped me with any questions that i had about the watch and also helped me with the warranty and etc. These guys also had the cheapest price compared to the other watch dealers. Thanks so much for the Salera's team

My Girlfriend and I went to the Chadstone store today looking for an 18ct gold necklace, they went out of their way to find the perfect thickness for us even though it wasn’t displayed, they gave us amazing service and we couldn’t be happier

UNFRIENDLY and condescending sales woman in the shop. Bad attitude and definitely shouldn’t work in the retail industry. Looking to spend $$$ but did not receive any service. Plenty of other shops around.

I'd like to call out Eleanor for her excellent service. We took my daughters broken earrings into the store to be repaired, but we didn't have a receipt as they were a Christmas gift. Eleanor advised that they could be repaired or replaced as long as we had a receipt. The following week we went back into the store with a receipt from their Doncaster store. Rather then giving us the run around, sending the earrings for repairs, and waiting 6 weeks etc Eleanor and the team (I believe the Regional Manager was there) replaced them at no extra charge. This is a perfect example of common sense customer service and moving forward I'll definitely be purchasing from Salera's Chadstone.

My husband bought his wedding ring at the Chadstone store. When he took it home we realised it was too big and needed to be resized. We took the ring back to the chadstone store where we were told this isn’t possible. We weren’t told at the time of sale that the Ziro range can’t be resized due to the heavy duty metal used. The salesman (I think the manager) tried to convince my husband it fit him when it was clearly too big and then proceeded to say he could not exchange it because it had been “worn” (put on his finger during our wedding ceremony). The ring is in PERFECT condition and was brought back to the store with the receipt, box and same bag it was sold in, definitely not used. The salesman also never actually looked at the ring, he immediately had a negative attitude that did not want to assist us. Needless to say we are extremely disappointed with the customer service and will not be buying from any Salera’s store again and will be sure to pass on this feedback to friends and family.

It's a rip off, items can get at other jewellery shops cheaper with better deals and if you have a problem with anything, they'd help or replace it, not as Saleras, you try, you buy, its yours now.

I had bought a DW watch from Fountain gate 2018 Oct. I went in to Chadstone today as that is now my closest store. I took my original receipt with me and the little card that says that i have a two year warranty. I was greeted with a nice welcome and i asked the lady if she could help me.i let her know my watch as stopped working and asked if it could be repaired under the warranty? She said that the battery is only under 1 year i asked her to show me that in writing, she told me that they cannot and they have to tell you this in person at point of sale? She said she is happy to send it off for me but that it will cost $65 for handling and will take 4-6 weeks.the warranty says "its guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from date of purchase.within in this period, regulation, adjustment repair or replacement will be carried out without charge except in the case of damage caused by accident or lack of care" It also says that if you make a claim " you are responsible for paying the expenses associated with making a claim". I said to the lady i appreciate you are only relaying what you have been told to do, and she was polite and firm with what she was saying. I'm disappointed in the business not the service i received. They suggested to me do go to MR Minite to get the battery replaced and that only cost me $27 in under 30mins. Don't say there is a warranty if you cannot back it up in writing.

I had an issue with this store with a faulty engagement ring after a few stressful days Melanie from Saleras head office called me and sorted out a quick refund i would like to say that i do appreciate her help resolving this for me

The manager of the store and the staff were amazing after I had an issue with a product they helped me replace it. Awesome job definitely recommend. Keep up the good work

The sales person is really really bad! Bad attitude and fake face, if you don’t buy it at once and they even don’t let you know the discount!
