I would give them a zero if I could. I took my husband’s Tissot watch in for a new battery 6 months ago and they sent it to their in house repair man after me explicitly asking them not to who damaged the watch and then sent it to Tissot to be repaired at my expense. The level of service from the store manager and her staff has been absolutely deplorable.

The earrings I bought for my daughter three days ago haven't changed and they haven't taken it back, definitely don't buy it

Great customer service, staff were excellent and quick to tend to my needs. Went in knowing which watch I was after, great price, staff were accommodating and friendly. Will be returning!

Absolutely sht and condescending staff. We were looking for fancy yellow diamond engagement ring and the older lady staff looked at us judgementally and asked i have 'deep pockets'? What kind of question is this?
I ended up purchasing a ring elsewhere as it is horrible to profile people this way and she is also fully incompetent at it too. 0 stars if i could, useless sales staff and lost a big sale. Absolute joke customer service lmao

I decided to purchase a diamond pendant a while ago from these people. Unfortunately upon entry I was automatically greeted with a deadly death stare from the old fella in the funky glasses. Then after explaining to the 'nice lady' what I'm looking for and my price range she showed me their collection at about a metre away. Not too sure about you guys but if I purchase an item I'd like to try it on instead of having to squint at it from a mile away like I'm bird watching. Politely asked the lady if I'm allowed to try it on and she responded with "As long as you promise not to steal it Haha". Then completely changed her attitude when I pulled out cash to pay. I quote: "YOU WANT TO BUY A CHAIN TOO? ". Please Try to treat all your customers equally and not judge a book by its cover and I guarantee you'll have a lot better reviews and sales.:)

Can't believe how rude the workers are here. I'd love to support businesses in Melbourne however its places like this store where the customers are treated horribly that make me rather just shop online. To anyone looking to buy any sort of jewellery, don't bother coming here. With a rating that low, i'm embarrassed that I walked in here in the first place.

We were looking at engagement rings and this had been the 3rd store that day. The first ring we asked to look at was valued at $7000 then after saying we had been else where and looked they dropped the price within 1min of talking to $5,500. This seemed to good to be true so we went back and
Asked for a GIA number for the certificate for the ring and had all 5 workers including the 2 owners get so mad and angry at us for asking for the number and after all of it they couldn't even provide us with it.
Do your research and ask for a copy of the certificate, good luck getting it off them.

Two visits to Highpoint store today 9/1/20. Not acknowledged either visit dispite both assistants trying to sell another gentleman a Longines watch for his girlfriend's birthday on our second trip. The faintest recognition of our presence would have sold a Tag Heuer as Well. Customer service 0 Won't be back. Not the only place to buy a Tag!

Whilst at Salera’s on Boxing Day (being on of the busiest retails days of the year) I went in to purchase a watch, I was firstly greeted by an elderly man who insured that I was served and looked after which by that gesture I very much appreciated (never got the chance to fully thank him so if this could be passed on), Peter was the gentleman that served me and took much time and care whilst I was deciding on a watch which I then purchased and was happy that I got it from Salera's. On another note they handled customer care very well and presented as to be expected on a very busy day.

To conclude my review I am very pleased with my time and spending there and I will be happily returning in the near future!

This place is just disgusting. The staff is staring at you if you are browsing or trying to decide, and then if you have a question about payment methods they start to laugh. That's just incredible!
If you are looking for a jewelry or a good watch, please choose another place, this place doesn't worth it. Shame.

Walked in looking to purchase a watch for a 50th birthday, lady came up to me and I told her I am just browsing for the moment. I walk to the Tag Heuer watches, she approaches me and begins the sentence by saying “these watches start from $1500 and up” with a condescending tone, and smiled at me.
It is not nice to walk into a shop and be judged like that, regardless of what I am wearing or what I look like.
Instead of judging me and pushing me out of the store like that, maybe you should do your job and try to sell an item to me.
Will never be going back to Salera’s, obviously they are too upper class and don’t need the money.

Walked into Salera’s highpoint today, couldn’t believe the way the staff were staring at me as I was browsing around. What? Do I have to walk into the store with a Versace robe for you to take notice.

Nothing but a bunch of liars who try to trick you and rip you off. I put a Tag Heuer watch on lay-by, I was told that they will change the band to a larger one as it was too small at no extra cost. The next day they called me up saying that they are ordering the larger band but I will have to pay $200 extra for it as that is what Tag Heuer is asking for. I told them I wanted to cancel the lay-by as I was misinformed and was told it is no extra cost so they then told me they will speak to the manager to organise my refund and get back to me. In the meantime I called up Tag Heuer to enquire about the watch and told them I needed a larger band and asked if it would cost any extra and guess what, it is for free they just change the band over to a bigger one. I told them that Saleras told me Tag is charging them an extra $200 for and they said that is not possible as it is for free. Now they are refusing to give back my deposit which under the consumer law I am entitled to and trying to force me to get the watch from them or I lose my deposit. A bunch of scums I recommend you avoid.

Had an excellent experience here this afternoon. Came in to look at a couple.of. Oris watches. Salesperson have me time with each one. Suggested one was a really good price but other than that left me to the decision of my own accord. Bracelet resized correctly and fairly quickly all in all a great experience

They seem to work through a check list of things with the customer. Eg when to set the time, to wind the watch up and that it will.run down if not worn for a few days. I'm experienced with automatic watches but this would be great info for someone new to the hobby.

Overheard another sale in process for a Seiko. Staff there was also very knowledgeable in regards to the solar movement and hardlex vs sapphire crystals.

All in all seems an excellent store.

HAVE MANY WRONG ANSWERS
Been in many times over the years. The lady, perhaps the owner or manager, has always, ALWAYS given me stupid answers. (Not to mention few years back I walked in with a hoodie and she was quite reluctant to let me try on an Omega while I was wearing a Rolex).

When asked why they're more expensive than online stores, she has told me the online retailers don't provide warranty. BS.
Asked about watch restoration she told me it cant be restored. I go into the city and get it done within 3 days.

There is so much potential there, its just the customer service. You seen the way the ladies look at customers there? I could have bought my last 3 watches there, instead I bought none. So so dumb.

Easily the worst customer service I've ever experienced in a jewellery store. I'd pay 30% more to never set foot in the place again.
