Decent experience, very friendly (if you get the dude, old lady pretty grumpy) Happy with my watch and a tasty little discount too. Highly recommend as they have some really nice pieces at very reasonable prices.

Advertising something on special but have to order it in, then they tell you it's double the price even that there is no end to special offer. Sounds like rip off merchants

Placed an order for an expensive watch last Tuesday and had to follow up twice on why I haven't heard when these people will ship it out. 7 days later get a reply that they posted it. What the he'll os wring with you people. Old school organisation who need to move with the times. Never again

So disappointed in the presentation of these diamond earrings. Such an unappealing box, wrong size, colour, cut the slits unevenly with scissors. Very unprofessional.

Served by a woman earlier, really not a pleasant visit. Less smile, rushy, and not really clever as well.really uncool mate.
Well every shops giving a special price for christmas, i told her that the other shops gave me **$, first one she take it not too bad, she match up the price, and i tought i wanna buy it here rather than have to walk again. And i reckon wanna buy the other one, i take a look for several kind, i ask for every edition, she just answer, all same. Well thats alright i reckon, not everyone learn about what they try to sell.
Finally i ask her how much u can do for this? I got this price **$ And she told me ‘go and take from them’. That is ‘a very polite answer’. Lol
So i better f**k off from there as she said and bought from the OTHER SHOPS which is has service that i ENJOYED. Foolish customer service woman just throw away her commision. Lol
I reckon the collection is nice and fresh. All u have to do maybe TRAIN the customer service. Even COLES Customer service better! They sell like 3$ chips. But u sell 5000$ longines. Sorry, but Such a waste money to paid her ;)

Do not shop at Salera's at Pacific Werribee! My partner thought he would do something nice for me and purchase a watch. Unfortunately it was not correct when he went back to the store to get his refund he was informed then they only exchange goods. He spent hundreds of dollars that he can not get back now. If you are planning to have such a strict refund policy the least you could do is mention it at the point of sale. I spoke to the Area Manager after I sent an email via their website only to be told that it says no refunds on the receipt. How does one know that until after the purchase? I have been completely turned off this company and would suggest to others to shop somewhere else.

After purchasing two Rado watches from Salera's, I can confidentially say that I will never go back. The service to get the sale was great however the after sales service is beyond terrible. I had my brothers Rado break which I took back in store for repair. They sent the watch back to me in Canberra and within a day of having it, it broke again (same place). After speaking with them on the phone, I sent the watch back to get fixed again. They tell me the watch will not be covered under warranty as they fixed it and this is a new break and they will have to charge me. The sales guy on the phone said my brother may have bumped the watch and broke it again. I would think Rado make quality watches and that a bump wouldn't break it. Stay away from these guys, you will be most disappointed in the after sales serivce.
