Have to agree with previous poster. Didn't get to issues, wouldn't return calls to arrange quote, a totally bad vibe! Beware.

Could not recommend this company. We had too many issues to mention, to the point we ended up with an out of court settlement before they would deal with the issues.even tho I had emailed them outlining the issues and what was expected!
When the company rep finally came to fix the dodgy locks that they had supplied he explained that it was a known issue!
They also had to replace a front security door and the replacement had poor workmanship and was not accepted until it had been fixed, sliding doors are poor quality as compared with other doors from a different supplier.
We had arranged dates for delivery of items only to find out at the last minute that they were not ready or arriving as agreed! Leaving us with holes in our walls.until the windows arrived days later!
Bad customer service and poor response to issues seems to be par for the course with this company!
