Was seen by Dr Anton Webb recently, what a marvellous, caring and very thorough doctor. As I'm just a visitor to Sale these days, sadly won't become my permanent GP, except if I ever need medical care when in Sale, he's on the top of my list to go to.
I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Service was ordinary. They asked me wait for 10 days to get an appointment with Dr Gault. The day of my appointment management switched my doctors without consulting me! And I was also charged $80 for the appointment.
If I just wanted to see a random GP, I could have used a bulked billing services. Every unethical.

8: 30 first appointment of the day. Still sitting waiting for covid booster at 8: 50. Not nearly good enough. Appalling customer service.

I have been seeing Dr Gault for the last 4 years after being very recalcitrant in seeing any doctor, anytime, except when I was sick. I now get a medical check every 12 months as I find Dr Gault very friendly, understanding, and thorough. Couldn't be happier with the service and care I receive at Sale Merical Centre.

Dr Jeffreys is amazing with my daughter who is shy around new people. Took the time to talk to her and didn't pressure her to communicate. Is thorough in investigating concerns and communicates with both my daughter and myself.

I was seen by Dr Sidra Akhter at the Sale Medical Centre. She is a very caring person and took seriously all of my questions and concerns. I would have no problem in recommending her and the clinic to anyone. She will be my new Doctor.

Very rude reception lady and wasted my three days to update my children immunisation record and told me again to make an appointment after three days.

Always a pleasure Dr Nicholson and his team of beautiful staff are the most dedicated group i appreciate there hard work and knowledge i feel comfortable no matter the subject level. Thank you Dr Nicholson and all at the Sale Medical Centre. For all yr help and advise. AM. WARFORD

Not happy my name was not put into the list to be seen, i had to ask to be seen to be told i have not been marked i was there.
The lady who gave me the needle was very good and more than helpful fitting me in straight away

These doctors will kill you with lack of treatment as They don't listen.
My whole family had been going here we mustve seen 16 different doctors in this time.
Can't make appointments unless you call right on 830am
My partner was told she was obess at 70kg

I have no negative comments to add here & I'm so surprised with some of the comments perhaps some people's expectations are too high. 5 Stars from me.

Absolutely awful experience. The doctors talk extreamly loudly and all the patients hear all my private buissness, also Kim and Elyse who work at front desk are very rude, unprofessional and innapropriate.

Continuity of care 1st rate, availability of my chosen Dr is never a problem. In 2yrs I have never had an unreasonable wait time. My chosen Dr. Dr Dobber.has been a godsend to me on moving to a completely new area with complex mental health issues.honestly very happy with everything!

Had the pleasure of meeting Dr Emma Gault this week. She was very friendly and caring and made my children feel very comfortable. She was very efficient, no long waiting and bulk billing for children. I will definitely be coming back to the clinic for my families medical needs.
