Highly recommended this shop because all Asian groceries items are available. When I entered in the shop feel like india. There is one guy who name is deep. He was presenting differences between rice properly. Every stuffs are properly arranged and clean as well. I like custom service. He also asked for water that was I like.

Excellent place to shop. You can get varieties of Asian spices. Mr. Deep is an amiable person to deal with.

These guys are charging higher than Coles/Woolies where you get the same Indian products there. Better don’t purchase here and go to other stores and compare the prices, you have to ask price for products because they don’t display price of the products.

The grocery price is very expensive as compared to others. Also there a guy, he do not have manners how to talk or how to treat with customers. Therefore, customer service is very very poor.

Please be careful while paying, they put few extra dollars on items. Check your receipt and compare the price with the product tag you seen while collecting the product. It happened to me 3 times.

Be careful with this store again be careful!
It's Salaam Namaste "Robbery" store not the grocery because first thing is they never put the price on the any single items on the shelf and if someone new to this shop and after shopping at checkout you will be surprised for the total invoice you have to pay for it because they look at your face and make the price of every single item and it's way expensive than any other stores in Melbourne trust me because I've been few times there and always disappointed just because of everything is overpriced and lastly I can give you more explanation about the price they charged you it's always $2 or more higher than other stores in Melbourne so be careful if you really need to buy something just ask for the price first before u come to check out! Even if u keep asking for price in front of other customers and arguing for it still they don't feel shame at all.
So again be careful with this stor!

Be alert! You ask the price before you make a purchase!

Me and a friend of mine were there for groceries the last evening. While checking out, I saw small lassies in the freez. I grabbed two small bottles and we both drank it straight away. We felt kind of unpleasent flavour in it. And guess what? After couple of hours I started vomitting and got diarrhoea at the same time. We didn't check the date. Hope whoever is reading this doesn't go for lassi blindly. Also, be aware of shopping over here!
It was the third time, I have been incountered with overpriced products. If you don't see the price in the product shelf, either ask for the price or simply, don't buy it. Otherwise, you'll be surprised to see the bill.
New visit- overpriced thugs:
I took one of this yoghurt and went to check out. They charged me $16 bux. I paid. I thought it was quite expensive but I made no comments over there.
This evening, I went to another Indian shop just nearby my home. I saw the same yoghurt and had look on the price tag. It was just for $7 bux. I realized how I was scammed.
We work hard. We go to these groceries because they are our Nationality/neighbours who brings our taste here. But, they came to be bloody thugs.
Once you pay for something, keep your bill with you. When you go to other shops, compare the prices. Then you'll realise why I explained this long.

Rates are too high.if you forget to verify bill there is definitely some miss match on price.
Old stock.

Absolutely no price tags on any product. When questioned as to why, the shopkeeper says that the prices change often. How do you know that you aren't being swindled? It is incredibly annoying not knowing the what the price is until you reach the checkout, making it very difficult to make an informed decision wether you to purchase a particular product or not.
