Great hospitality and awesome food. Hard to find quality Japanese restaurants in the eastern suburbs but very happy to have come across this gem.

Excellent food and service. The menu is diverse and the servings are generous. Good selection of beers and wine. The owner takes real care and pride in their offerings. This might be my new favourite restaurant! Has a relaxed family feel but with great food. Definitely worth a visit.

Love the sashimi and its presentation. Also the volcano rolls are their specialty.

We walked in when at the beginning of the lunch service and the lady was running the restaurant by herself due to shortage of staff. We ordered tempura udon and sukiyaki beef bento box. The tempura was lightly fried perfectly and the noodles cooked with nice chew and bounce. The bent has a great variety of different foods to nibble and satisfy tastes and textures. Although we had to wait a bit for the good, the lady made sure we were looked after and our experience was satisfactory. There was an honesty to the food that she put in. Would go back again to try other items for sure.
