Amazing amazing experience. Very knowledgeable and cleaned my white shirt which I thought was too far gone and was prepared to throw out.

Cam is a fantastic person. I guess many people visit Saks just because of his personality and positivity.

The speed of service is great and clothes appear clean and fresh.

I guess Saks is one of the best drycleaners in the eastern suburbs.

First-time customer but won't be the last. Cam is a lovely bloke but more importantly did a fantastic job with my quilt. It had a few heavy stains which required a "2nd run" to get rid of them properly - Cam was more than happy to do this at no extra charge but what was great is that he took the time to explain the potential risks of this approach and gave me the option on whether or not to proceed. In the end I gave him the green light to go ahead and it turned out great - stains gone and quilt is now as good as new. Based on past experience, this type of service is a rare find but Cam clearly takes pride in his work and even better, he got a kick out of achieving the best result for me. He is most definitely highly recommended! Thanks Cam.

They delivered my parcel here and I have no idea why but I’m not gonna lie I don’t really appreciate it being in the window in clear vision of anyone walking past for saftey measures, I feel like it should be out of sight of the public

Finally a dry cleaner that cleans weighted blankets! Awesome job. They also clean rugs. Not your average dry cleaner. Highly recommend.

Great service. I do not know any dry cleaner who can come even close to Cam's knowledge of the dry cleaning process. He is very passionate about what he does which explains the exceptional service he provides. O Apart from that he is a great person to talk to and very knowledgeable about many things other than dry cleaning. I always enjoy my chats with Cam during the Saturday morning visit to Saks.

Brilliant services (friendly and polite) and high quality dry cleaning techniques that’s hard to come by nowadays. I’m so glad to have found this place because many dry cleaners out there don’t have good skills and customer services to meet my standards. The owner goes above and beyond what you expect (no kidding and no exaggeration). I hope this place will stick around. Good dry cleaning allows prolonged life of your garment. Remember you get what you pay for.

I had an indigo denim stain on an off-white canvas bag. Almost impossible to remove because bleaching would've removed the colour of the canvas bag too. Saks dry cleaners was able to remove it. I am beyond impressed and thankful! Cam is so knowledgeable and he walked me through the steps he was going to take to remove the stain. He is very professional and friendly. 10/10 recommend this place.

Please update your hours. Have tried going at 5pm twice and you were already closed. No one seems to answer the phone either.

Edit: I called several times whilst outside the store, called DHL who also called you on my behalf, but they said no one answered either. I didn’t leave a message as I didn’t see a point. I called to check if anyone was in store and evidently there wasn’t. I’ll call again shortly, to make sure you’re open before I make another trip up. Thanks.

Edit2: Owner explained very kindly that he closed early only during lockdown. He was under the impression the listed collection time was until 5pm, so didn’t inform hub. Totally understandable. Hours are back to usual. Have since updated review. Thank you!:)

So great to have Saks Dry Cleaners back in the area. I had a very tricky stain on a silk jacket. Cam was just the man for the job. Thanks to his thorough knowledge he was able to remove the stain and have my jacket looking like new. Thanks again Cam we will be back.
