With the benefits of small class sizes, it’s enabled our children to gain confidence in their learning abilities.it’s brought out the best in every child by tapping into their individual strengths, while creating an environment of kindness, responsibility, and leadership. Our family is so grateful for our St. Peter Catholic Primary School family. The teachers are truly invested in my son and daughter education and their growth as learners. Adjustments are made as needed to meet the needs of each individual student.
If you want to give your children a stellar education while they are nurtured to be their best, most confident selves then I encourage you to seek out to St. Peter Catholic Primary School in Sunshine West 3020

Wow what an amazing experience, from the courteous and helpful administration office, as I'm looking for a potential school for my child next year. They were able to assist with all my inquiries. Thank you so much Karen you made our interaction very smooth and engaging!

If you want your child to flourish in a really, truly caring environment that puts your child before profit then this is the school for you. From day 1 my interview set the pace for inclusiveness, understanding and above all, really good caring communication. Covid was hard.let's be honest. But the community factor and friendships my little girl has made in the two years she has been there has been so heart-warming! She is flourishing! Thanks Karen, Grace, Miss Pelisier, Miss Carlson and Miss G for allowing my girl to still be her own person, but guiding her to make the best decisions! All the staff rock! I'd give 6 stars if possible!

St Peter’s is a wonderful primary school. They are accepting and accomodating to suit all students needs.
I went there myself as a child and now my daughter also attends the school. Wonderfully caring and supportive staff. Can’t praise it enough!

I have submitted an application to register my son for prep 2023, and 3 weeks later the school principal send me an email to advise me that my application has been rejected. The reason behind is that my son will be a liability for them because of his disability. I wonder who wants to register their children to a such awful school that doesn't even have an inclusive school culture in 2022. Disgraceful!

Brilliant school! Warm and welcoming!
I am so happy we are at St Peters, the suport and all the efforts the school put into the the well-being of the students is wonderful and just amazing! The dedication and support for all students learning really is evident and shines through all students the students.
This my first year with the school and my son is in prep, it's just been a wonderful experience. As a parent I have felt empowered by the school, teachers and staff.
All the event's the school put on through the year, the production, celebrating purcultures together, all the assembly's, the Art show have just been magnificent. To me the school feels like on ebig giant family and that means so much to our family.
On another note, my son has some learning difficulties and developmental delays and the ongoing support and encouragement from the school has been so key to progress and well-being for him and our family. The roll modelling in the school of kindness and support is like no other. The environment that creates for the students really shows and especially in the students actions and behaviour towards each other. It's amazing.
I just highly highly recommend this school.

Having been a parent helper for 13 consecutive years and having my three sons attend St Peter’s Catholic Primary School, I cannot speak highly enough of Karen Bergin and all the staff. The school embraces cultural diversity and children with intellectual disabilities whilst making them the first priority. Ms Bergin and her staff go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and accepted. It’s a wonderful school to be involved with.

We are blessed to have been a part of this school’s wonderful and warm community for over a decade, as all three of my children went to this school. The teachers and staff always went above and beyond to ensure my children had a great academic experience. I could not thank them enough for all the support and care they have provided my family throughout these years. I would highly recommend St. Peter’s Primary school, which is always striving to improve in all aspects and will happily welcome any family with open arms.

A hidden gem!
St. Peter's is a small school hidden in the side streets of SW Sunshine. We had no idea that it existed until of course we started researching schools for our soon to be prep child.
Upon touring several other Catholic schools in the local area (none of which were the right fit for our family) we were delighted with St. Peter's and what it had to offer not just our child, but also our family. St. Peter's provide innovative and fun ways of learning which enables each and every child to reach their maximum potential.
At St. Peter's there is a true sense of family and community. It was evident whilst we were part of the school community and even more so now that we have moved on. We miss the easy going/approachable teaching staff and personable school principle who is not a mere name on a door but a real person who makes an effort to learn everyone's name (from student to parent to grandparent and sometimes even the family pet).
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at St. Peter's and would not hesitate to recommend the school to any family.

We migrated to Australia when my daughter had just completed grade 2. We were in search for a good school and found St. Peter’s Primary which was close to our house in Sunshine. Coming to Australia and joining a new school meant making new friends and adapting to new ways of learning. Her teachers ensured that she settled comfortably in this new environment. I’ve never worried about my daughter while she’s under their care and guidance. A big thank you to principals, teachers and administration staff at St. Peter’s Primary who work so hard to establish a positive and accommodating environment for all children. This is a great school and my child loves it. Thank you for making a beautiful impact in our daughter’s life and supporting her transition to Secondary school.

I spent many years learning at this school, they care a lot about their students wellbeing (education, safety). I’ll really recommend your children to come to this school, their education system is amazing!
