I own 3 pairs of denim jeans. I really liked the brand until I came across the horrible customer service. I was sent the wrong size. Been waiting weeks for any form of reply and return support.

Got a nice shacket and vest. Very happy with those. The tee shirts fitted a bit big so I tried to return them. I couldn't get a return authorization. There was no reply to my on line contact at all. No answer on the telephone.

Have now purchased 2 pairs of work jeans, sizing is spot on delivery is surprisingly quick during COVID.

Love the store (closed as of this post) my partner and I have bought hundreds of dollars worth of stock over the years. But i must say your online postage fee is over the top. Impeccable customer service. Bought 2 Sa1nt Nano masks, then 20mins later wanted to add another 2 to my order. This was organised swiftly and effortlessly. I even had the owner assist me and make sure this request was finalised. Masks are look and feel great and use quality tech materials at fair price. Melbournians will need masks for some time; do yourself a favour and get some Sa1nt masks. Support local!

Never buy SA1NT stuff for regular price, just wait for their frequent discount campaigns. And there are many.

Ordered a pair of stretch jeans on sale, only to be informed that they were out of stock in my size. However, after a quick email the saint team agreed to give me the newer model in the same size with the same discount. Absolutely amazing service and got to my door within 2 days. I love the jeans and have since worn them more off the bike than on!

Bought my first Saint moto jeans last week. Great service and really accurate advice on what would suit my riding and what size. Spent the last weekend on my R9T wearing my Saint jeans and gloves and love them - comfortable, stylish and safe. Thanks guys - great products!

Tiny shop. Overpriced hipster gear. Great if you want to look like you ride, this is not gear for actual riders.
