30 Horrible food that arrived late and cold
Requested a refund with no response. Food make me physically ill, tossed the food and had 2 minute noodles.
Ordered online at Tuckerfox - Food arrived cold.
I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken and Crispy pork.
In simple terms, the food was inedible, the pork was like chewing Leather and the Teriyaki chicken was watery, chewy and flavourless.
From the few pieces I did eat I feel unwell, 90% of the food was tossed before I did a run to maccas for dinner.
If I could give 0 stars I would, avoid this place like the plague.
Really really sweet… sweet soup and sweet rice.
I guess life is too bitter so we need sugar?
We made an order on menulog during the new years break not knowing they were actually closed. They made sure we got our order, the food was amazing. Definitely recommend!
The steamed chicken dumplings were really good. The Tom Yum soup could have been a little hotter. The duck noodles were great as was the sauce that accompanied them. Wonderful takeaway!
More veggie meals on the menu please
We were seated at the front of the restaurant with a draft from the front door and the heater above us wasn't working.
Food was only average
What a little gem. The food is wonderful. This is a must try. I am only dissapointed that it took us so long to find it.
Stopped here with the family. Very accommodating, quick and neat clean setup. Had the dumplings, spring rolls, fried rice and curry. All were good sized serves, well priced and really tasty
Absolutely the BEST food and really lovely staff. ️️️️️️️️️ Their food. I like the sweet and sour fish. Great service.
My experience with these guys was absolutely disgraceful I would not recommend to anyone!
We ordered teriyaki chicken which didn't even taste like teriyaki, we ordered satay chicken sticks and crispy chicken and didn't get the right order delivered.
The chicken was all dry and cold and when we rang them they were very rude and wouldn't except that for $61 we were not at all happy with our meal.
We have never ordered from there before and chances are we never will again absolutely disgraceful rude service and disgusting meal!
We like to order local and help our community but with this attitude I can't believe they are still operating.
I was super disappointed in the food. Everything was so sweet! The pho was salty and didn’t come with the herbs and extras. The beef in pepper sauce was sweeter than my son’s sweet and sour chicken (which was the only dish I could tolerate).
The venue itself is clean and quite lovely. Staff were friendly. If you don’t have any expectations for what food Vietnamese food is, you’ll probably like it.
Have been going to this place regularly for over 2 years, dine in or take away, and have ALWAYS had excellent food & service. Never experienced any of what the negative posters have stated.
Good quality food, portion sizes are quite large, reasonable prices and service is excellent if a bit slow but who cares.
Don’t waste you money.
Pho broth was too salty and lacked the sauces and fresh herbs that typically come with this meal.
Pepper beef was not peppery at all and was way too sweet. Beef tough.
Sweet and sour sauce too sweet also.
The word Grease does not do this dish justice. Both my girlfriend and I felt extremely sick after eating this disgusting food. And the order was all wrong, adding different things to our order to compensate dishes that they were out of. Would have been much more appreciated if they let us know insted of the disappointment when we got home. If I could give zero stars I would.
Its alright consider its a bit of a fusion between Vietnamese, Thai & Malaysian.
The Vietnamese PiPi fried rice was pretty good.
Beef pho — pass. Just don't compare it with Springvale standard
Placed an online order through Menulog. After placing my order I received a call telling me I accidentally ordered off the lunch menu and this deal was not available. I said I understood my mistake and offered to pay the difference between their dinner and lunch menu as the items I ordered were on both. Restaurant initially said if I paid an additional $2.50 they'd go ahead with the order, then quickly changed his mind to 'We won't do the order, call Menulog for a refund. ' which can take up to 10 business days. The restaurant representative was unwilling to rectify the situation, gave me an incorrect Menulog number to call and told me to talk to them for a refund which can take up to 10 business days, which doesn't help my dinner plans tonight. Upon further investigation, if they had actually tried to proceed with the order from their dinner menu and I gave them an extra $2.50, I would have been OVERCHARGED by $4.50 as Lunch Menu skewers are $9.50 and dinner menu skewers are $7.50. Was looking forward to trying your food for the first time, unfortunately you've left a sour taste in my mouth and hunger pains in my stomach. No doubt the food is great, but appalling customer service.
Had a lovely meal there last night. Asked for some recommendations and got Butter Pepper King Prawns and Sweet Vinegar Garlic Pork. Fantastic food and staff.
Quiet little restaurant that's perfect for small groups or a date night. The staff are cheerful and have very prompt service. The food proportions are very generous, the price is very reasonable and can be considered one of the cheaper restaurants in Warragul. I especially liked the honey chicken, it's one of the best examples I've ever tasted. I will warn that the beef can be a bit chewy, which is typical of many Asian styles, but can surprise you if you're not prepared for it.
Average. Pho and soup noodles need to be less sweet and have more fresh herbs, bean sprouts and fresh chillies to liven things up.
