Sahib E Swad - Truganina reviews
23 We ordered malai chaap not onion chaap and that to uncut onions
Quality has gone down too
First of all i will talk about the food quality with is amazing i never ever had this taste of food from last 2 years customer service is also good
the thing i dislike is the dining area not properly maintained and the shortage of staff need to work on it
My Son live in Melbourne. He is likes your food. For away from India its good indian resturant in Melbourne. Thanks.
Great tasting food. Tried the Afghani soya chaap and Rumali roti here with my Punjabi friend and we both loved it. She said it was very similar to the ones they get in Delhi. Just a bit spicy for my taste
The food is amazing. The quantity is generous and the taste is great. I would highly recommend any street food lovers to visit once.
Hello there,
I been going to this amazing 100% pure Vegetarian place since they open very first in Trugnina opp indioz & in opp in front of weribee shopping centre. Initially, when they started selling their varaties of chaap with mouth watering flavours it really persuade me and other friends family members to try and satisfay our tastebirds. They done good job with quality and quantity both as whenver we visited we got same taste, amazing quality food and friendly service.
But what we noticed from last couple of visits were really dis-satisfying, depreesing & really low quality of food particulary in Chaap for which we espically travel from essendon, geelong or baccush marsh to satisfy our hunger and craving for chaap.
I visited yesterday and had ordered dine in Afghani Chaap full plate with coke no sugar.
The quality was really low graded as I can million % sure that this is not the same place where we used to have top quality chaaps.
I informed the girl who working and taking orders while having earphones and talking in Punjabi to someone same time taking my order as well. This really shows no respact greatfullnes for customers as they busy talking in their native language to someone. I can see that they grown their business very fast and opened more branches more popularity so they not maintaining or compromising the standard of services. Now you guys treating customer like crowd as no value respect has shown to the person who ordering the food also I mentioned while ordering that we need spicy extra onions. When we received Afghani Chaap it wasn’t at all what i mentioned them. Also the chaap wasn’t cooked properly. From inside it was not cooked as very hard and some of the portions really softy not mixed with sauce well enough. I know its bit gravish as it not to be dry but again I mentioned while ordering but the girl was busy talking in punjabi to someone and not gave me wht I wanted. The owner need to undestand that yes you got popularity but it doesnt mean that you giving or cooking any lower quality food and for one plate you charging around 21$.
Sorry, but it was last time we came to your reaturant and from future myself family members and other friends we all avoid coming there as in busy time you guyz cooking really bad food not even fully cooked and understanding needs of customer.
A big no for their business. Canceled for life time going this place.
I ate Malai Chaap here with rumaali roti and was very tasty and crunchy the taste was different from many places. It was very affordable too. Their green mint sauce is so so so good. ️️
Chaap is soft, taste fresh, perfectly cooked and spicy, This place is generally too crowded so it's good to place order before hand on phone
My and my family's favourite place to go for soya Chaaps
I mostly order the Afghani chaap, malai chaap and chaap roll
Just visited now. Badest Amritsari kulche I ever ate in my life. On top it take 50 mins for food. If i have option I’ill gave them negative rating. Will never visited again and advise to frnds too.
Deliciou, Tasty and awesome. Here are diferentes kind of soya chaap. Most popular malai and ak47 chaap.
Amazing place to have champ. One of the very first place I had champ from. Really loved it.
Worst experience, never going back there, seems like management changed, whole place was unhygienic, rubbish under table, ordered vegetarian noodles for starters, noodles were half cooked, no veggies, over spicy, and bloody they served food in foam disposable cutlery, felt like having dinner at bunnings snag party,
And rest of the food is tawa paneer with rumali roti, some paneer cubes were chewy and hard broke my disposable spoon, Rumali roti was microwaved cooked, Afghani chaap was not fresh either, i did mentioned to the lady at the counter as well, she replied with blank face,
Guys this is every Indian restaurant story in beginning, once their business starts running good, after while their quality, customer service drops straight way, nobody cares about anything after year or so
I ate amritsari kulcha here it was more than expected even the service was too good i recommend everyone to definitely visit this place
Lack of professional staff, taste has gone from 10 to 2 now, they seem to use MTR chhole and refrying spring rolls. Probably I will stop visiting here. It was my favourite when they had truck
We tried malai soya chap, it was very delicious and yummy For pure vegetarian person this is the place to try one's
This place serves the best chaap snacks in that area.
We had -
1) ak47 chaap
2) Malai chaap
Both the dishes were good served with mint sauce and freshly cut onions.
I am really Disappointed From their service. I have ordered Amritsari Kulcha with no potato stuffing. Worst Amritsari Kulcha Ever and chick peas were smelling when i told them they changed it but still not good. Not recommending this place to anyone just waste of money. They have no idea about taste.
It's an veteran place who serves tandoori soya chaap. They have limited items on their menu however all the items compete with eachother for better taste. Whenever I come here i have to make a difficult choice what to order as taste buds wants everything but space in stomach is limited. Their ak 47 chaap is one of the best.
Not the same as it was in the past anymore.
Food wasn’t tasty, overpriced, sauce was like a water. 1 time par kha ke aake maja aata tha but now not the same anymore.
