Very bad experience with them.they are very selfish. I recommend to all don’t book your tickets with them.they are so rude that one star is nothing for them.if u have any quarries they said we will let you.money is everything for them

Best experience with the staff, I had book tickets from Sahara travels and also had applied for the refund for my tickets, even though the airline took much time to process the refund,
But the staff especially Harman had always responded to my emails and calls and had provide me with the best service.
Must visit for booking your air line tickets.

Bikram is a liar and cheater.not sure if he is in India doing his piggery business and operating his shonky call centre (Sahara Travels) at same time. My money for cancelled COVID flights still not given.so many request were made now no option but to spread words about their good deeds.no it’s not a fake review Bikram. You know exactly who I am

Very frustrating experience! Booked tickets for my parents and had to cancel them as sadly, my dad passed away. It’s been more than four months and I’m still chasing them for refund/ credit information. This guy Harman keep saying I let you know soon.
Talked to qantas airline directly and they said they can help if I give them E-ticket. This dodgy people from Sahara travels won’t even give me E-ticket. Instead now asking for my parents marriage proof to assist me further. What a Joke!
Please stay away from this company!

Very kind and helpful staff. Bikram was very patient listening to my ever changing requirements regarding dates, provided me the economical options all the time. And on top of that they are not like other travel agents who will sometime force you to book the ticket right there on the call. Bikram did hold my tickets for the whole day and was able to wait for me to make the payment by end of the day. I have booked tickets with them twice and will definitely do the business with them again.

Worst experience ever. We booked few flights with Sahara travels. They didnt inform about the delay and preponed flights. When you call reception, Harman answered the phone and said he is trying to sort out the issue and didnt get any update from Qantas. Dont ever book flights with this Travel agency.

I called them and ask them about the flights that are going to my country. One of the staff told me that the server is down and we will call you back in 2 hours
