I was contacted after requesting a price on the TPMS and was given a very special price and a seniors discount. Received the product and very same day read on line that I could have got it from a company they supply, for $50 less. Same model supplied to them in September. Very poor customer relations. Was going to purchase other products but will shop around and find out who else they supply. No doubt get a better price than there's.

I recently bought a rear vision camera monitor at a caravan show however when installing realised it was the wrong type. Rang Safety Dave (Moorabbin) and the correct one was express posted and arrived following day. Great service. I’ve also now got the Safety Dave Tyre pressure monitor system as well.

Fantastic service, I ordered a TPMS on Wednesday morning and received it at my house in Brisbane QLD on Thursday At lunchtime. If the product is as good as the service I will be a happy man. Further update. Have just travelled over 3000klm with the TPMS. Great piece of gear. Really gives peace of mind. Easy to set up, easy to read.

Great camera and setup. I can even hear instructions from the spotter at the back of the van when reversing.

I had issue with my caravan camera which is brand new and they told me to contact Safety Dave which i did and i could not believe the response i got from Dave, he was amazing and help us out with no troubles at all, if we could him 10 stars we would, what a great guy to deal with. 100/100 is my score.

The caravan camera kit is simple, user friendly, well made and does what it's supposed to do to a high standard. Would be good if the website had a full shopping cart function and pricing, rather than requiring phone enquiries.

The rear vision camera and the rear mirror monitor is the best safety feature I have added to my vehicle especially when I am reversing my work trailer at night the infra red is fantastic, the visibility is great. During the day you have a high definition colour screen.

Arrived within 3 days easy to install reversing camera on caravan paid auto electrician for ute and works really well very good quality.

I cold-called the SD team, not quite sure which camera kit I should be buying for my work van. Five minutes of intelligent questions from them, and - boom - the kit and First Aid Kit were on my doorstep first thing next morning. Friendly. Helpful. Fast. Amazing.

Phoned today for assistance and information re mounting the wiring harness at the trailer plug connection for a safety dave camera. Consultant did not know or offer any information except to look up on their website for installer contacts.
Despite the marketing brochures in the kit encouraging to phone the 1800 number for any help. Very disappointing.

These guys are just the best in the market!
Their products are good.
Their service and support are just exceptional.

Two days ago I spent the best part of an hour on the phone with one of their guys trying to get my sensor working. Changed batteries multiple times and recoded it. Tested some of the others etc etc.

In the end he said "you must have a faulty sensor, I'll send over a new one. " I didn't even get the chance to ask how much it would cost.

Got this by express post today. No charge!
