Don’t write reviews often but have to take my hat off to Tyler…MOST FRIENDLIEST REP I’ve ever met in my life…ever! In this day and age when everyone is so rushed, it was amazing how calm and composed he was the whole time whilst he was doing inspections. He was just so friendly and it just felt like a family member was in our home by the end.

Tyler came to my rental property to conduct a gas inspection & he was fantastic. His communication, attention to detail, professionalism & work ethic was second to none. He explained everything to me & even helped me fix a leaking tap. Would highly recommend the team at Safest, thank you again!

Safest attended my home where I rent today on behalf of the landlord/real estate agent. I was at work so they had access to my flat unattended. Come home later at night to find things moved around and not put back (couch & TV to get access to gas heater), all the lights were left on all day, rubbish left lying around (matches). Overall not a good look, although I'm sure the actual testing was by the book. Please respect peoples homes!

Got our hot water system replaced by these guys a couple of days back, Tyler was our plumber and and a damn good plumber he is, respectful and professional, not only replaced the system but helped me out with some general plumbing questions I had that the real estate was bugging me about without so much as an eye roll, thanks Tyler!
