Having issues with a very expensive cabinet, it won't open. Not getting any support from the Company after sending multiple emails and phonecalls.

Safeguard Safes are both friendly and professional. Their safes are well built and competitively priced. Delivery was on time and the install team were great to work with. They were even able to retro fit one of our safes with a new digital lock. We highly recommend them!

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Management are so rude and do not return calls. Buyer beware and stay away from this company!

Client rings up at 9 in the morning to purchase a safe and ask questions. They're already over the line though they need to speak to sales, says the receptionist. Nobody calls back until seven hours later. Yeah nah. You lost the sale. Pathetic customer service. Undeserving of the new business.
