Sacred Heart Primary School

For some reason the principal has decided that certain children are above the law and I'm now speaking with an attorney regarding the failure of "duty of care" by not providing incident reports for when altercations occur such as when a grade 6 jumped on my grade 3's skull and I was not informed nor given a first aid report and only after confronting Anne Marie and asking her "to get her bloke to jump on her head and see if it's fun" did she admit to this and finally applied a trivial punishment of sending the grade 6 to a different area. Since that time she has failed to report several cases of bullying including today where my nephew recieved a detention because 3 students were holding and threatening my child and my nephew came to his defence. Once again the aggressors have been pet off with writing a letter. I'm disgusted that I pay for my children to receive Christian principles but all they get is bullied and told the other kids are allowed to. In my time I have studied the laws regarding things such as common assault as I used to hold several security certifications and I can assure you that this school is inept regarding the care of their students
