If I could Saccas Broadmeadow would get no star as the management and staff need training in customer service, consumer rights and respect. (a smile cost nothing)
I feel every time I enter the store, I am targeted. I am watched and followed even to the cashiers, I am always checked for my receipt at registers just after payment had been made,
Saccas whoever owns this franchise should never be able to run a business, if management and staff are allowed to vilify and discriminate against their customers.my matter will be going through the human rights commision this is how badly I was treaded by this store on Sunday, Disgusting behavior by staff members.

Security are over the top. Won't ever shop there again. The idiots running your Security just cost you $200 a week in specially items.

Reasonable in some items but not so in others. You must know the price before you buy. Cleanliness and well presented, and staff generally are friendly.

Discovered this place by accident when I randomly stopped in and tried the gelato. The rest of the store looked beautiful too. The gelato flavours are on point though.

Wow what are SUPER supermarket. My eye was caught by wonderful range of fruit and a the types of yoghurt - Greek, Persian, Indian, Turkish.

Not a bad supermarket franchise. Well stocked, fresh foods, bulked items, some interesting brands the other ones don't have.
No self serve though.

Beautiful food also a wide range of groceries/ breads and meat. I have been going to Saccas for yrs I travel from the west to Broadmeadows. I take my esky. I can not fault Saccas.friendly staff.definitely will keep going to this clean or should I say spotless place.prices are great in these times of inflation.keep up the fantastic work

I have been to Saccas Epping. But the Saccas in Broadmeadow shopping centre is huge. What a variety!
So much to choose from. Prices of fruits and vegetables are lower than Coles and other supermarkets.
The best part is fruits and vegetables are fresh and nicely packed.
There is a Gelato outside the Saccas. There are two cafes inside.
Other than fruits and vegetables, they have various varieties of cheese, nuts, breads.
A must try place.

Love to shop here but you need to update your closing time. I arrived at 8: 35 pm and the staff told its already closed.

You can find all that you need, vegetables, fruits and deli, international arabic, halal, all that you want in one place

Must be run by illegal refugees. Everytime I visit the store before 9: 00pm, they're already closed. They need to update their trading hours. Doors already closed at 8.35 isn't good enough.

Nice cafe built in the shop. Just went to get some veggies and had coffee and croissant. Coffee was really nice and Staff are very friendly and caring. Thanks guys.

Bad customer service from the reps in the produce section. Was very rude when I asked if there was stock for item.

Love the layout and variety available at Saccas. The fruit and vegetables are very well priced and generally fresh. The deli is great, and the ladies there are super helpful and friendly. I didn't give 5 stars as the register staff are rude and all lack manners. I've shopped quite often and been served by almost all of them, and none of them are any good. I suggest looking at who you employ for your registers as this is the final impression left when a customer leaves your store and, in this case, has cost you 5 stars.

I purchased yesterday 3 pastries, from there broadmeadows store. Only one of them was actually enjoyable to be eaten. I purchase the chocolate brownie which was dry as a rock, the tiramisu was horrible to eat, actually all pastries I purchased must have been on display for weeks. At the prices they charge I can not understand why they do sell pastries past there used by date. I feel taken for a ride. I do know what I am talking about as I a qualified pastry chef, which over 40 years working in that industry. Will definitely avoid that store and any of there other stores, period. Shame on you SACCAS OWNERS.

One stop for all your grocery needs, with specialised butcher, baker, fish monger, deli and a nice cafe.

The service was poor and unprofessional. The staffs were rude and unorganised though the food was okay the experience would have been nice if we were treated like real customers. I won’t recommend eating here if you want a really good customer service. They need to improve. I would add the server was a bit racist too!

I came in two weeks ago being my first time coming to this store and my first experience was just shocking. YOU have one of the girls believed to be the supervisor yelling at the girls and putting them down telling them they can't clean and that they are being disrespectful? These girls were dead quiet and embaressed and not only that why are they being treated like garbage especially when they havent done anything. With a supervisor like this now i know why my friends told me that all the workers are disappearing. I just really hope the girls will actually find peace because this is very sickening way to be treated

Worst customer service Ive ever received, the baristas at the cafes are clueless and don't know how to make coffee I ordered 2 coffees and she got them both wrong even after I confirmed with her if this what was inside and she said yes, I ordered soy milk and she gave me full cream I was severely sick after drinking absolutely disgusting this place needs new employees

The cake was unnesesarily tall. I hate tall cakes. It should have been a bit wider, less tall. The frosting should have been smoother on the sides. The cake tasted dry and had a very artificial flavour. I just don't understand why people can't get a simple cake right? Cakes are becoming more and more tall and garish these days. Like a big tower, kind of brash and vulgar. They don't look or taste nice. Next time I will drive further and go to sweet inspirations in coolaroo.
