SABA Collins Street reviews
7Amazing service, Jarryd the store manager sorted me with some new workwear, fast & efficient with a high level of customer service. Thankyou
Went to collect a pair of pants I purchased online via click collect a day earlier. Clearly stated on website that they had them available at Collins st, which was confirmed by manager- "happens all the time" apparently. Was told by the manager that they actually don't have any in stock and that I would need to go to another store and actually purchase them again and then seek a refund online myself. Would not offer to call the other store and didn't even apologise for the inconvenience. Strangely I did notice bad reviews online but thought its such a basic click and collect 'what could go wrong? ' Well, alot apparently.
Atonga was so very helpful helping my daughter choose clothing for her first job in the corporate world. She was patient and understood the needs of her client. We were so happy with our purchases, the quality of the clothing and the time Atonga took with my daughter to ensure she grit comfortable and confident with her purchases.
I returned an item here a while ago. Staff were friendly and didn't take too long. I prefer to return instore and this was no exception. Wasn't sure how it would go because of all other reviews
Staff were trying to be helpful with a refund but their refund policy is not the best if you bought the clothes online. Too little store across Melbourne and a very inconvenient refund procedure that will make me think twice for ordering with them in the future.
Went in to pick up a click and collect, met by 3 sales people all very hostile and rude (joined by a fourth later who was busy showing her purchases to the others who were hanging around doing nothing). Too busy with their own affairs to attend to customers or the ringing phone. I was abruptly requested to produce an email confirmation of the click and collect even after I had showed them a pic of the actual order. They proceeded to treat me in a bullying manner and point blank refused to discuss politely the proof of purchase I had shown. When I finally produced a confirmation email they had not even picked the correct size item and so then I stood their awkwardly while one lady took forever exchange the jacket for the correct size all the while I had 4 sales assistants eyeing me with actual hostility. They in-fact made me sign a exchange receipt when the actual problem was that they (4 staff doing nothing) had packed the incorrect item. Upon asking them the reason as to why I needed to sign an exchange note they said 'oh its our system'. Well bravo to Saba's choice of employees - lazy, hostile, rude, and definitely not worthy of a job in customer service. Recommend all 4 of they working on 4/01/19 should be career counselled or maybe taught how to read and select the right size item the customer ordered. They are far more worthy people that could be employed in these positions that would entice the customer to stay and shop further while in store as it was I would wait to leave. Saba is that the vibe you are going for?
