Older blonde woman needs some customers service training! Why be unpleasant and give 3rd degree when people are returning things bought online. Doesn't encourage further Saba purchases
Closing at 3pm on a regular Wednesday is totally stupid, when other clothing stores are still open in the centre.
This is a review for Saba clothing, not this particular store. I have a merino wool cardigan and jacket from this brand that I've had for 11 years. The condition of the fabric is almost as new. I can't recommend this clothing line enough. Very expensive, but they'll last you a long time!

Excellent customer service, very helpful and friendly staff. Was in and out in 5 minutes and got exactly what we needed. Thank you for making our experience and enjoyable one! Can highly recommend Saba jeans!
