Sukie is very responsive and professional throughout the whole process. From the start, she listen to my request and budget, then quickly came back with plan that fit in my requirements and proposed timeline. I had my whole unit flooring redone, along with a new ensuites and a few other tasks such as wardrobe removals. During the renovation, she was always keeping me up to date and I appreciate the most of her attention to details that if she noticed any area that she can proposed a better option, she would always rang and asked. She understands that I need to keep the renovation within a budget, and she would always propose the most cost effective method that achieve the best result.

Another area that I like the most of Sukie is the timeline, she pretty start and finished according to our initial discussion, which in turn allow me to move in according to plan with minimum disruption of my daily life. After the renovation, Sukie followed up to ensure everything was fine which is very attentive and nice that she checked in.

Overall, I would recommend S&W Kitchens & Bathrooms, Sukie was very easy to work with and the renovation was completed on time and satisfy my expectation.

Sukie and Victor from S&W kitchen has recently completed our kitchen, laundry, bathrooms and some outdoor works renovation and I would 100% highly recommend them! Sukie project managed the whole renovation, always there to listen and oversees the ongoing work on site. She is clear of when each trade is starting and when they are coming to work. I am always informed of the works and her service was excellent. She always call to provide updates or when there are any issues so we could come to an agreement. At times, she will also automatically provide some suggestions to improve the outcome of the renovation where she sees possible. For example, without me requesting for it, she even assisted to get quotes for the roof repair (for my consideration) which is out of her scope.

Her communication and organisation skills are clear and all agreements are always documented via text message or emails. Despite delays with supplies due to Covid etc, S&W team managed to complete everything on time even with additional works provided. She is always providing honest opinion to suit what I need without overselling, which I really appreciate!

All the other trades people recommended by Sukie were extremely professional and conducted their respective jobs professionally. Although not in Sukie's work scope, she still assist with the overseeing of all trades including painting and floor polish to ensure they are done properly.

Sukie is very detailed, even to the extent where she help to provide and install a door stopper although this was not in her actual job scope. It was really lovely to see such professional trade people, really care about what they are doing (as if it is for their own home) and the quality of finishes.

Honestly, I could not recommend Suki and the team from S & W more highly. Suki's attention to detail was always at the heart of her work. Nothing was too difficult and she made sure I was involved in every process. I love my new Bathroom.

Sukie and Team did an amazing job over the last 6 weeks renovating our bathrooms. The entire journey with them was very fluid - they were extremely generous with their time and attention during the quotation and initial design. They combined our bathroom size and layout with the vision we had, took us through a whole range of options that we didn't even know we had.
We essentially gave them access to the house and 6 weeks later walked back in to see a bathroom, powder room and two other areas fully completed. Throughout the process you can tell that Sukie truly wants you to have a great result and that she loves her work too! Fantastic result!

Suki and her team did a great job on my bathroom renovation. From planning, designing and selecting materials, the process was easy with Suki. It got tricky when we went into lockdown with restrictions however Suki regularly updated me with the progress and sent photos for any queries/questions. She put me at ease that the work was being carried out at a time when I was not able to visit. When the bathroom was completed post lockdown, I was able to still contact Suki for any issues/concerns I had and they were quickly resolved. She also made some sensible suggestions for improvements around the house and the only reason I did not proceed with some of them was due to my budget. The main takeaway is that Suki is honestly just trying to help you and that is important. Highly recommended.

This is the 3rd renovation/remodel where we have engaged S&W Bathrooms. Our Kitchen and family room badly needed a complete renovation and our previous experiences with Sukie, Victor and their team has been of a professional, friendly team who produced magnificent results. Sukie and Victor were hands on with the project and always available to answer any queries and keep us informed at all times. We have just finished our whole house renovation with S&W and are so happy with the results! This is our first time doing any sort of renovation with anyone, so were quite nervous about the process, however, from the get-go it was clear that Sukie and Victor really cared about what they were doing and helped put our mind at ease as they walked through the whole process step by step. When going through the design/plans, Sukie made sure that what we were after was accounted for, but also ensuring that the end result would be user-friendly as well. Sukie was reliable, easy to work with, detail oriented, great at communicating and provided quality service. Any problems were promptly attended to and rectified. She made the whole process relatively stress-free, with the most stressful part being us trying to decide on our bathroom tiles! Haha. It was very easy working with Sukie and her wonderful team, they were highly professional, very approachable, and happy to answer any silly questions we may have had too. Stage 2 Feb 2021- Main Bathroom - Results Amazing! We just completed our Main bathroom renovation with S&W Kitchen's and Bathrooms. Sukie and her team were just as amazing as last year when we did the ensuite Project. Sukie maintained entire project management responsibility and her communications were outstanding. All trades people extremely professional and respectfully conduct their business in your home.no surprises, nothing too hard for the team and outstanding quality results.we have now engaged Sukie & team for two projects and lived through multiple lock downs and never an anxious moment. Highly recommend the care, quality and results of working with S&W. Next, we will be moving onto our Phase 3 Project and we will be engaging S&W for our Laundry make-over, because honestly I don't think we would trust anyone more than the S&W team to deliver a great design and high quality, super functional laundry. Thank you Sukie. We love working with you because you make it so easy.

ORIGINAL STAGE ONE.
Stage 1 Dec2020. We just finished stage 1 – ensuite and separate toilet with S&W kitchens. We couldn’t be happier. It looks fantastic and the whole process was seamless and not at all stressful.

While we were in the research phase we came across S&W reviews and almost couldn’t believe what we were reading. Everything we read was overwhelming positive. Well after finishing our first project with Sukie we know why. Her and her team are amazing. It was really lovely to see such professional trades people, really care about what they are doing and the quality of the finishes. It was also reassuring to hear that Sukie’s team of tradies speak very highly of her too.

While our project was initially delayed due to the COVID-19 stay at home orders by the Government, Sukie kept us up to date with regular communications throughout the entire process. After construction started, I was again surprise and the planning and coordination step by step from demolition to completion. Every time Sukie had something to show me, I was surprised at the attention to detail, tremendous thought and care taken to ensure the highest quality outcome.

We are so grateful to the S&W team for working so hard to upgrade our Ensuite before Christmas. Nothing was a hassle, everything was planned, and the finish is phenomenal.
