Simon was a pleasure to deal with.
Prior to his appointment with us, I sent him photos of what was required, which was a big help in quoting his services to us, & ensuring he had adequate supply of spare parts.
Simon turned up on time, & thoroughly explained what alternative fixes he had in mind if he hit a road block with the jobs.
He was extremely neat and tidy, & I was thrilled with the results.
