We had Ryve in to install our home network. This involved retrofitting ~15 new Cat6 runs throughout our 2 storey/4 bedroom home, and rerouting 4 or so others, to a new rack and patch panel in the garage. In addition, Ryve installed 2 Unifi access points and a 24 port Unifi PoE switch in the house. They also remedied a number of other snags in the house (security cameras, alarm, etc.)

We've been incredibly pleased. Ryan was very responsive and thoughtful during initial planning. During installation, it was clear both Ryan and Zak were more than a little obsessive on quality. They made sure the access points were placed in the center of the ceiling, that the data points matched the outlet style and positioning as in the rest of the house, and that the cable runs were neat and tidy (see photos). Zak also made sure the runs from each room were terminated, in order, on the patch panel - Room A ports 1 and 2, then room B ports 1 and 2, and so on. He also made sure patch panel ports lined up one-for-one on the switch for that little bit extra.

The retrofit did involve a few holes in the wall. The team did their best to minimise these, and they left the pieces nearby so it was straightforward for a plasterer to repair. They also took extra pains to keep the house tidy on the two days of installation.

We're looking forward to having Ryve back in the new year for a few more bits of work around the house. Ryve might not be the lowest cost option out there, but they do excellent work.

Amber and the team at Ryve done everything possible to help with the resetting of our security system - even though we are in a different state. Nothing was to much of a drama and Amber kept me up to date weekly with the steps the company was taking to help out.

Ryan worked remotely to troubleshoot an issue with a Hills Home Hub. He was methodical & patient. The service was excellent value as it took away the stress & cost of having a technician on-site unnecessarily.

Ryan was excellent, found a slightly cheaper solution to a non standard part needed for a Hill Electronic Hub.

Amber from the front office support, and Ryan both went out of their way to assist me resolving my internal internet issues in a new Display home that had not been lived in before, and working out how to get the Hills Home Hub functioning as best it could, considering that the installation job wasn't really finished or completed correctly.

Can't recommend RYVE enough, have had them out to our home 3 times now to do various jobs from install an antenna, install a security camera and downlights as well as upgrade a few things on the electrics in our 1970s home with electrics likely from that era. Great customer service every time we have contacted them. The technician that came out, Zak, was fantastic! He genuinely cared about addressing our problem including explaining to us how they were able to fix it as well as recommended a few extra things which we are grateful for the suggestion - a light in our shed was something we didn't know we needed now we wouldn't be without it!

The technician from Ryve was very competent and able. He was very polite professional and clear in his instructions. With in 15 minutes my internet was up and running with much better signal strength.from 7mbps to 106mbps and we are very happy with that. Very professional in their service and absolutely competent in their skills. Would definitely recommend anyone who has HillsHomeHub service! Rate it 11 out of 10.

Wonderful service again by Zac from Ryve.
Our new FOXTEL boxes are working perfectly and we have great free-to-air reception too
Zac was also very helpful and knowledgeable with some computer issues we hadn’t previously been able to solve

Ihave enjoyed a ten year association with Ryve and they never let me down!
