Rylock Windows & Doors

We have had an awful customer experience with Rylock, we needed to change the angle of different shaped window BEFORE it was made in the factory as the drawings were wrong and they said we had to buy a second window! Find a different supplier if you’re looking for anything that isn’t standard, you won’t get help here

We recently finished a major renovation which involved replacing the entire homes windows. Daniel and his team were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Nothing was too hard and they worked closely with me to see out the project. I would most definitely recommend the team for any job, big or small.

I cannot thank enough for all the help and information that Ricardo from the Coburg North team gave me and with great care and effort he answered all my questions regarding Rylock windows and doors.

Daniel and the team did a great installing four windows and a large sliding door. The communication before, during and after the installation was great. The build quality is good and the worth the money.

Daniel and team were great, very helpful with questions during install and cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day.

Recently had 7 windows and 1 sliding door replaced. The manufacturing quality of the units is good. However, installation by the accredited 'Rylock Care' installer is below par.

Several windows were left with gaping holes around the entire perimeter, large enough to see right through to the house frame. We have suffered water ingress as well as the complete undermining of purchasing double glazing given installation is not air tight. I've since had to spend more money to engage a builder to correct the issues.

Very poor customer service from Rylock with little to no effort made to rectify the abovementioned installation issues, even though the Rylock Care installer was the person who physically sold us the windows in the Coburg showroom. Please be very mindful that Rylock absolve all of their responsibilities through the Rylock Care installation team.

Overall, a very disappointing and distressing situation from a reputable company.

Terrible sales consultants to deal with. Even when you give a ton of information, they still ask about seriously recursive questions when they already have the answers.

After 2 emails, and 2 phone conversations, somehow they end up saying oh, we are a residential glazier not a commercial glazier. Unbelievable.
