We were referred to Rylock through an emminent architectural firm.
The brief was to replace 17 wooden windows with double glazed aluminium, (five being angled at the top) and a couple of doors.
The highest priority was to retain the original lines of the window architecture and to meet our renovation schedule.
Rylock Care delivered confidently on all counts. In addition to enjoying the immediate benefits of double glazing etc, we cannot speak highly enough of the calm, patient and experienced Lambes Scapetis who came up with a most elegent design solution consistent with the original window architecture.
The installation was carried out by his team of courteous and experienced installers.
Ryock Care Mentone provided us with a genuine first-class product and service and we recommended them highly.

I recently had a window/door replaced and used Rylock Mentone. I was replacing a timber assembly which had deteriorated with full aluminium. I dealt with Lambes and from the outset his service was professional in every way. We visited the showroom where the full range of products was displayed. The quality of the materials are of a very high standard. We had some time constraints with delivery of the product and Lambes was able to work in with our time frame and actually delivered ahead of schedule.
The installation process went smoothly and the guys were efficient and pleasant to deal with. We are very happy with the result and highly recommend Lambes and Rylock Windows & Door!

After some time spent visiting showrooms and meeting on-site with a number of different providers to discuss the much needed removal of old original timber frames needing to be replaced with new aluminium frames and double glazed windows to a 70’s build, second floor apartment with difficult access, decided on what came across as a quality window and frame and the expert team in Mat and Dave at Rylock Care. The process was clearly explained with a precise break down of all the steps/work needed and an informative explanation of the quality Rylock windows and frame construction. The windows once installed look brilliant! An obvious upgrade to the apartment. So grateful for the quality craft and care taken throughout installation including the final sealing off/carpentry on the inside. Mat, Dave and team are highly skilled, experienced and professional in what they do. The access to the windows was not straightforward and Mat and Daves’ positive attitude to this possible hurdle was appreciated and instilled confidence. These windows look fantastic, are clearly well sealed, and have already begun keeping the heat in and the apartment quieter. I am sure they will help keep the apartment cool in Summer too. Rylockcare replaced 2 timber windows with Rylock aluminium windows at my house. The Rylockcare guys were very organised and professional, and had the job completed within four hours.
Drop sheets were laid down to protect my carpet, timber floors and furniture. They had a vacuum cleaner to clean up at the end of the installation and all remnants of the old windows were taken away. Great work guys. Highly recommend.

After visiting a number of window replacement companies, I chose Rylock. Their showroom and impressive factory impressed me as I could see what I was getting was carefully made and installed by them. I had 3 windows of different types installed at my home - a panel, a slider and a frosted awning. They look terrific, move with ease and have helped with sound protection from my neighbours. The installers were prompt, professional and respectful. I recommend Rylock windows along with Lambes and the team.

Ryan Shelley helped me out with the windows for a 3 town house development, and I was super happy to have changed supplier from Trend to Rylock. I always thought Rylock would be prohibitively expensive, given their reputation and quality, but they were not! Ryan was awesome as well, and he checked over every detail and asked all the right questions and was happy to work with my builder. And the Rylock windows themselves - magnificent! Thanks Ryan and Rylock.

Service and sales staff are excellent and well deserving of a five star rating.

Service staff are incompetent, unreliable, and clearly not interested in or unable to resolve issues and only deserving of One star (1 star being for answering the phone)

I’ve had issues with my front and side doors for over 6 months and, despite 4 visits and multiple phone conversations, I’m still waiting for issues to be resolved!

I’m extremely reluctant to use them for rest of my project and any future projects!

I future I’ll revert to using Stegbar, as will my colleagues at our construction firm.

Our Rylock windows are fantastic, well made, hard wearing with kids and animals and come up new with a simple clean.
I’ve used Rylock on 3 properties over the last 10 years and all have remained a modern feel and operate as good as the day they were installed.
I had one small seal issue on my 2 year old doors, called Rylock and the team was out in a few days as we have a function on next week. The team who came on site were well spoken and well presented, told me what was wrong and asked if they could fix on the spot, unreal thanks guys.

We went to Rylock Dingley on a friend's recommendation for replacement of all our windows with double-glazed ones in March 2019. We chose them for our job as we found their showroom excellent, their staff professional and personable as well as demonstrating an extensive knowledge of their product. Senior Consultant Adam came to our house to double check measurements and gave us sound advice on all of our many queries. Lead times met expectations; our windows were made and installed by our builder without incident, look great and work perfectly. We couldn't be happier.
