Nick the manager was very helpful in going through our window schedule. Recommended some changes as tinting on west side etc new build house. Very happy with quality of windows and delivery all good. Terry was also great in giving us updates on supply. Had one window that cracked after couple weeks from install was replaced by them without any issue no charges. Great customer service. Pretty average windows. Locks don’t work, windows don’t seal and door handle system is so not user friendly. Staff are not helpful either. Typical construction muppets.

Even though the window was delivered broken. They fixed it not long after. Good service. Thanks.

We built our dream home 10 years ago in Mt Eliza and our builder recommended Rylock windows. The windows we chose were comfort glass and the cost was tens of thousands of dollars. We were told that apart from double glazing, comfort glass was the best you could buy.

All went well for a while until we got the windows cleaned and were told by the window cleaner that our largest and most expensive window was inside out. A major problem requiring the window to be removed and turned around the right way. Then not long after the window broke spontaneously. Rylock said it was thermal shock and replaced it under warranty. Several other windows broke spontaneously and these were replaced under warranty. Again were were told it was thermal shock. If one day is cold and the next hot you can expect their windows to break. I stated that I had never lived in a house where the windows broke spontaneously.

Once the warranty expired the windows kept breaking. I asked for them to replace them but was told that you can expect windows to break spontaneously. Now we set aside some money each year for Rylock window replacement.
