Rye Beach Motel

Comfortable and nice room, had everything we needed and across the road was the lovely beach and walking distance to shops. Good stay

The room is clean and tidy and can be used for simple cooking. It is very convenient to have a parking space attached to each room. The location is also very close to the hot springs.

Such a friendly and clean motel! Walking into reception gave a great impression and my partner and I were more than happy when we walked into our room. Lady running the place was very friendly too. Had enough space for us to be comfortable in with fridge, heating and a nice clean and spacious bathroom for the size of the place.
Our only problem was our neighbours in rooms either side of us were quite noisy both nights we stayed. You can hear knocking (at 1am and 3am…) and talking very loudly. Light sleepers beware.
Despite that, we’ll come back and chance our luck with noisy neighbours as it’s cheaper than many other places! Super convenient location too just off the main road and not far from shops.

Wonderful motel. Very clean well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the bay beach. Central to Rye Sorrento and Rosebud.

Fantastic little getaway for a few nights. My wife and daughter had a blast and enjoyed the experience we had.

Honestly it is astonishing to me that this place doesn’t have a 5 star review - clean, great amenities awesome location and lovely staff - for the total cost of nothing. Unbelievable value for the location

The place was awesome I only wish we stayed longer it's got fantastic location and the rooms are neat and tidy shower was hot and good pressure and the beds were super comfy.

I recently stayed at the Rye Beach Motel for 6 nights over New Years and I cannot fault it. The location is great, the rooms have everything you need and the bed and shower were much better quality than you would usually find at a motel. Jasmine went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice & clean. Bus stop 2 minutes away. Beach across main road but hard to cross due to traffic

Gave us an extra bed when we booked and were VERY accommodating and friendly. Room was not very new.but clean and nice.

Great family location, across from the beach. They bathroom and toilets in the hotels absolutely need a revamp.

Had schoolies here was perfect for it had bus stops n the thirsty camel as well.owner was a legend.

I had a really great experience here a couple of weeks ago, the rooms were really clean and had everything we needed. It's very close to the beach and close enough to central Rye, giving you lots of things to do during your stay. I look forward to staying here again in the future.
