At their deli, l've ordered roast pork to Lasagna, and it's always tasted delicious. All the Deli staff are very polite, friendly & helpful, and the display is well presented. Keep up the good work, team.

Normally pretty good supermarket all around. Purchased leg of lamb yesterday 27/6/23- scanned differently to advertised price. Pointed this out to operator, (I was happy to pay the advertised price). She sent an employee to check, he came back with price tag and confirmed it was marked incorrectly. Calculated the correct price and marked it down to match. His attitude is is what got up my nose, he screwed up the price docket with the special price and threw it in the bin, commenting that the special finished the next day, so all is now good. What about the rest of the product that would be sold that day at the incorrectly marked price.

It's another good local grocery store with plenty to choose from and pricing seems to be fair for All. I like the I. G. A.stores across Australia. All good Jim

Ryan's IGA store's are always great no matter where you are in Victoria. Maybe other states too, who knows with IGA's.gr8 supply chain & friendly staff.

If you want good customer service this is the IGA for it! All the staff members are extremely helpful especially Eric who always put a smile on my face.

It's ok but not a feel safe area. Ok if you need something and don't want to go to supermarket. It's same price as Woolies and Coles except meat seems to be cheaper

Good place to go for things you can't find at larger supermarkets. Fruit here is always much bigger! They also have a big range of gluten free products.

They were open Good Friday, a day when most supermarkets weren't A+. Only negative is that they might need a referb on the inside soon though as it is looking a little tired, also they need to fix there sign on the roof. It is a little dangerous.

So handy to live near IGA love all the healthy foods they have to offer:) always nice customer service

Great little IGA with friendly staff easy parking and not a headache getting served, they have a fantastic selection of local products inc bakery meat and veg and good cheese deli with a varied range from the world on offer definitely worth a visit that's for sure.

Prefer my local and another IGA in Ballarat.
The layout here is odd and parking park is hectic.
The staff however are lovely

Good shop, I went there to buy groceries and the bloke Ben on the register was a very helpful young chap who ensured that I was buying top quality products.

Today, I ordered roast pork from the deli. Amy was very polite, friendly & helpful. Amy had my order ready in the " warmer", when l returned, as agreed, at 11: 30. My last visit to the deli, last week, also saw excellent customer service. Keep up the good work, team.

Heard crying from the storage area behind the flaps, on Monday, very off-putting. Left without buying anything other than a mini-bag of cheetos since they were out of magnum condoms.

Went there on Monday, had a pleasant experience but i did hear a light yelping from the produce section, followed by continuous weeping and the scent of watermelon, maybe a delinquent had an episode in the back? Also were out of magnum condoms, so i could not go balls deep in the hubby that night.

Has all you could need in a supermarket, shelves are well stocked.

Could do with someone supervising Checking in and hand hygiene. Also some pictures on doors and throughout of how to wear a mask properly. People dont realise if Supermarket is shutdown.it also shuts Chemist. Bakery and Fish and Chip shop!

Love the 2 dollar bags of lollies great variety friendly staff a little bit expensive on everything else but you pay for the Community and friendly service provided!

Never actually got anything from this store, but saw a guy who worked there. He looked a bit weird but overall good experience.
