Ryans IGA Ballarat East

Got confused as to where to enter registers and how to exit the store, but all other areas were great. Usually not to hard to get a park.

It's such a great location and definitely what the East of Ballarat has needed for a long time. I appreciate the quick grabs for lunch time rushes, and Ryans always stocks top quality products.

Nicest IGA I've ever been in. Clean new store, super friendly staff, and they have Bake N Grind donuts and a bunch of unique giftware and other items. Easy to park, although the carpark is way more crowded since Chemist Warehouse opened next door.

If you have not checked this one out then you must. Large with a very large variety of every thing. There is a free car park too. The deli is great for a quick lunch of prepared dishes. Took me a whole hour to walk around, had to come back to the very colourful china dishes, very reasonable prices. It's a bit far for me, but if passing will pop in.

Not enough staff on, always have the end door closed, prices are high compared to similar products from other leading supermarkets in the local area, but the staff they do have are magnificent, just a pity about the rest of the store

Loved it has everything you need and the liquor outlet as well. Very nice selection of red wine

They are friendly and know what customer service is. Liquor dept is well stocked and great prices for wine

This place is very new.
It's a reasonable size with good parking.
Don't know why they didn't provide eastbound access to Victoria St, but with the adjacent street blocked due to an estate development behind it, we rarely go there at this point.

So many items there i havent seen around for awhile. Huge range of prepared salads and meals. Staff vert friendly

Very good value.

Staff go out of their way to help you even when it is just showing that they care for their fellow man or woman.

Perfect example what neighbours should be like.

I’m not often in ballarat but when I am in future I will definitely be popping in to this IGA. It’s awesome. Salads are lovely. Staff are very helpful, smiling and just lovely people. Set out is perfect. It’s clean. Has great products. Loved it. Happy to review such a great store. I hope ALL IGAs update their stores to this high level! Well done to you all.

The newest supermarket in Ballarat. At last one in the East side. Ryan's IGAs have so much to offer. From gluten free to a yoghurt bar. Always have good specials.

Staff were rude, I have a allergy and none of the pre-made salads in deli had ingredients on the containers then when I asked for the ingredients got half answers and seemed like I was more of a hassle then anything. Staff made it feel like I was a hassle to them cause they had to look for ingredients to the items

Plenty of room to get about inside the store, lots of parking spaces, good variety of goods and prices, staff are friendly and helpful. Easy to get to.
