Perfect spot to stop and the best setting. We watched the sunset over the lake and woke to the beautiful view again. Highly recommend this lovely little park in a great town.

Location good, front of small lake. Nice trees. But park is very tired and overpriced at $42/night for two adults.

We always stay on the way Nth and on the way back always a great spot, Dennis and and Lisa are always great

On our 6.5mth trip we were looking forward to Rutherglen. But, were disappointed with the park and the management. The sites were very difficult to level the van. Very boggy, facilities very old and not clean; very unpleasant. Park managers were invisible and appeared uninterested. It is a shame as Rutherglen itself and surrounding area is terrific. For what was there the price at $45 was over the top.

Close to everything very clean have happy hour every night around fire.
Ons night cold and beautiful weather they didn't come happened few times that was the only downside

Lovely peaceful park. Cabin was at the top in accomodation Clean comfortable beds and pillows and a great shower. Owners light a fire in the afternoon for park stayers to gather around and have a drink and a chat Will definitely recommend and will return our selves A credit to the owners

Went to rutherglen as a family to go to lake King, drove in to caravan park with hope for access to lake! To be rudely told by a ladie with a rudely tone voice. Exact words " If your not staying In the park get out " while they sat there and did nothing as we approached entry and continued to drive in. The way on which this lady spoke id never reccomend a stay let alone a phone call by far most rudely spoken business person I've met and experienced. When does this not state there is a entry there?

Nice quiet park. Good sized camp kitchen. Clean toilet block. Overlooks lake.
Next door to local pool.
Couple of minutes walk to main street with cafes, good sized IGA, wine tasting and pubs.

Very easy to get into, next to the main street great for walking around the little lake, dog friendly, park managers easy to get along with very accomdate

The legendary Parkers Pies only minutes away.

Pleasant little caravan park next to a small lake and within walking distance of the main street.

Rutherglen park is a brilliant park in a lovely town. The park us beside a natural lake full of wild life, and has a childrens playground right next door. A very relaxing place

We booked in for 2 nights and ended up staying for 6 that should say it all
We had the most relaxing time here. Lisa and Dennis are fun happy people that welcome you into their park with laughs, banter and stories around the glorious fire pit. Gus our dog have never had so many puppy friends.

Even before we arrived, Lisa and Dennis could not have been more welcoming and helpful! This was our first time hiring a caravan for a holiday and we booked Rutherglen Caravan & Tourist Park on a recommendation. The location is beautiful and close to everything. There is a lovely fire for Happy Hour each afternoon. The park and its facilities are clean and well maintained, and the location is quiet and peaceful. Our hosts Lisa and Dennis were terrific. Could not have had a better experience and we will be back!
