Nice facilities.

But staffed by children. Poor kids barely know what they're doing. Especially in Cafe.

Last time I went no staff were on the floor to enforce rules or make sure children are safe. Have a dozen kids playing in a foam pit with more kids jumping on their heads isn't good enough.

It's very over priced for what it is.
And half of the play equipment is only open when they allow it.so there really isn't that much to do. The kids 6-12 all very bored after 30 minutes. When busy they have to wait to just bounce.honestly I wouldn't waste your time, bounce or even flip out is far better.
But it I'd fun, the 2 year old actually had the best time in the baby section.

There is almost nothing to do and my kids did not enjoy it. The staff were not doing their jobs, One of the workers were on her phone and not paying attention tho all the young kids. Personally Rush HQ is not a top pick in my house hold.

My 13 year old son had his birthday party here. The staff were very welcoming and helpful with getting us ready to enter.
They are great with handling kids and making sure they stay safe

Great, lots of varied things for the kids to enjoy. My daughter loved the obstacle course the best. Two hours is definitely enough. My daughter was done about 15 minutes before the end.

Wide range of activities for all different ages and friendly staff! Will definitely be back:)

Lovely staff! Very compassionate and great attention to detail. When my family went to rush we felt welcomed and catered to, especially considering my family’s specific needs. Would definitely recommend Rush for children’s parties and general every day use, we had the best time!

The staff here are lovely and very helpful my kids had a party there and loved it I definitely recommend and we will be coming back.

This was our 2nd time celebrating our son’s birthday at Rush Hq Rowville.
Chloe and her team once again went above and beyond hosting the party.
They do a fabulous job looking after all the children and making sure they are all involved and are having a great time.
The 2 hour duration is stress free and the team are extremely approachable if any assistance is needed.

Good fun. Fantastic place to take your kids for some jumping and fun activities. Games like Dodge It and The Gauntlet are real fun. They will give you grip socks required for every game.

The place is enjoyable for children, but I do wish they offered some programs specifically tailored for kids.

We went there for a birthday party. The place is smaller than expected. It's good for younger kids.

The stand out from the whole experience was the host of the party who interacted really well with the kids and engaged them during the whole time.

Came here with 2 girls for a birthday party. There’s a course in the place that requires kids to be 1100mm tall to enter. I know my younger daughter’s 950. So i told her she can’t do it because of that rule. As we were walking away she pointed out that there was a girl similar to her size playing inside. I work in construction as a carpenter for 15 years. That girl was definitely under a metre.
We went back and asker to be let inside. One of the lady looked at my girl and said no. Of course my girl asked: why is that girl inside? She replied: I measured her, she’s over 1100. Which was a lie. I protested and said that she cannot be over 1100. The lady says we’ll measure her when she comes out.
We waited patiently for about 5 minutes and the girl comes out. There’s measurements right next to the entrance. When she walked past she was at best 20mm taller than my daughter. I turned to the lady and asked: can she go in now please? She looked me right in my eyes and says that girl is clearly over 1100 and your daughter is not, so no, she can’t go in, and if you are not happy. You can speak to my manager. Out of no where, another lady jumped out from behind me and started yelling: you can’t get in the face of our staff like that. I served that girl before and she is definitely over 1100. If you are not happy. You can leave.
My daughter started crying on my shoulder. I didn’t want to traumatise my little one further so i just told her that we’ll do it another time and walked away.
They lied bluntly and made it personal very fast. It was professional power tripping.
We are of asian appearance. However my daughter was born here and I have been in Australia for more than 20 years. It was very very rare that i was discriminated against because of my race in the past. My girl just experienced her first but she hasn’t realised it yet.
The total contempt in the lady’s eyes when she was answering my 5 year old still gives me chills even now.

Had my son's birthday party at Rush HQ recently. Very happy with everything. Joey is very helpful and good with kids. Highly recommended this place.

Been there multiple times now, never ceases to excellent.staff is friendly, food is good, and play area is amazing, highly recommended

Good place to take the older kids who have outgrown the early childhood play centres with climbing walls, many trampolines with different activities and finally an obstacle course. The charges are good. You stay for 1 or 2 hours. Good for parties.

Great place, but have to say it seems a little bit too busy at times, was here recently for a party and people were just all mixed up. Older kids mixing with little ones which ends in tears.
