Rush Escape Game - Escape Room Melbourne

Loved the Monsters Ink escape room and the chaos that ensues with friends! Peta, Mitch and Alex kept us super immersed and engaged:)

Lost our way getting here but Jack and Peta were super accommodating and were happy to wait. Room was fun as well, with the puzzles just right - not too hard, not too easy.

Had an awesome experience for my partners birthday led by an awesome host! We completed the game of dragon’s experience highly recommend!

We did the Game of Dragons room and this was honestly one of the funnest escape rooms! Our host was super friendly and thrilled to watch us stumble through the room, I wish we’d got his name so I could proper shout him out!

This was my first escape room experience ever, and they really set the bar! Can't stop raving about this place to my friends - the themes are great!

We did Its Nightmare room and it was good even though we needed many clues. It was a bit too dark to have only one flashlight. On the upside, our GM Bianca was the sweetest and was very patient with us.

We did It’s Nightmare for our first time here at Rush escape rooms and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We have been to a number of escape rooms in Melbourne and not even lying when I say this is by far the best! Clues were well placed and logical (if you thought hard enough!). The entire place was well maintained and more importantly, run by a team who are totally committed and seem to really enjoy what they’re doing! Kudos to you guys, and we will be back!

Jack was an excellent game master. He was happy to participate in my random British banter, which always makes every experience more fun. The room and clues were well developed and we had a really enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back to attempt the other rooms as my escape record is still 0/51. Haha. We will escape one day if it's the last thing we do!

We have been visiting Rush for years and their rooms are never stale, continue to surprise and their service is always friendly. Can't wait to check out the other locations!

Alex and Sarah were the best game masters I've had, they really helped to provide a super enjoyable escape room experience! Would highly recommend, and will definitely be coming back to try out more rooms:)

Loved the experience! No complaints at all. Staff is so lovely and they make sure to give you enough hints if you are stuck. For first timers like me, the briefing is precise and clear. Must try!

Had the most amazing time at Rush Escape Rooms. It's Nightmare definitely made me jump at least a few times. Definitely worth the trip if you have some spare time. Thank you to our game master Sarah who was absolutely the best. She really made the whole experience. I can't wait to go again!

Absolutely appalled.
My family and I visiting the area thought a good way to cap off our trip was a nice day out at this establishment. On top of it being far too overpriced for the experience, the instructor chose to make a very rude remark to my 10 year old sister. Admittedly she asked a pretty simple question, the lady on the other side of the walkie talkie told her “common sense babe”. At first I thought I misheard and let it be but upon going through all my photos and videos taken on the trip I happened to catch her snarky remark on video. Who says that to a child?
In the end I would not recommend this establishment and urge you to find another place to spend your hard earned money.

I ended up going spontaneously to the nightmare room, and as someone who hates everything horror and scared by everything it was quite scary for me but the challenges were really good to get your brain thinking! Due to my bad anxiety, I ended up having a panic attack and stopping the room but the way the staff dealt with this was above and beyond. They didn’t make me feel guilty about being scared and dealt with my anxiety so professional!
100% coming again (just not the scary room tho lol)

My partner and I have now completed 6 escape rooms at Rush South Yarra and we have been blown away each time by the intricate details and the well-thought-out mechanisms in the room. Joe and all of the other staff have been so wonderful and accommodating (and hilarious).
They even went as far to hide a note in an escape room for me when I wanted to tell my partner that I love him for the first time.
We have almost clocked the place with only one room left but we’ll be keeping our eye out for new rooms and “rushing” back.

WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Will for ever recommend a perfect amount of scariness and enjoyment. Jaryd made it so enjoyable and helped us the whole time. WILL come back and know I will enjoy it even more!
