Highly recommended. Reasonable rates, minimal waiting time for drop off and pick up and friendly staff esp forso late at night and early in the morning

Very friendly, helped me & my family through the booking process as it was my first time.
Very affordable, available at anytime & took the stress off my shoulders even with a toddler on my hip. Had to wait a little bit to get home but we didn’t mind, only so many people can fit on a bus:)
Would highly recommend, will happily insist family & friends use this service.

What a disgrace. Book and pay for car to be cleaned, come back to a filthy car. It took us an hour to get from waiting out the front of the airport to receiving our car. Not good enough when they knew our flight details and we are traveling with children, who were sitting in waiting room falling asleep while they tried to locate the car. Desk was unmanned at pick up as they decided to leave 3 hours earlier.

Why 5 stars?
Because these people really care that you have 5 star service. They picked me up and dropped me up with amazing service. Zafar especially located exactly where i was supposed to be going inside the airport and that was so appreciated at 4am. Adnan was friendly and picked me up so quickly and the friendliness is unbelievable. My recommendation is choose this service. Its very affordable and the staff are there for you and caring. They also let me test in their facility to wait for peak hour traffik to die down before hoing home. Ill be using them again

No problems with pick up and drop off, younger staff members could definitely make an effort to be polite and not so passive aggressive.

We used this parking company on May 2nd to May 7th 2019. We arrived stressed because our trip there was later than expected because of roadworks. The man at reception didn't acknowledge me. He was on his own and very busy. Three groups of people waiting to collect there car and us wanting a lift to the airport. We waiting almost 15mins and then missed our flight. They didn't care. Told me a staff member called in sick. Beware of this company. Very unprofessional. We have used a few different companies over the years and never had such bad service.

We had 65mins to spare. If your driver took us when we arrived we would not have missed our flight. We had to pay $150 to get on the afternoon flight. Because you were short staffed we had to pay. And we will not be using runway parking again. Hope the other people review you too. One in particular was waiting for his car to go to work and you made him late too. Not good enough. You will have to lift your game if you want to stay in business.

I flew in last night and the battery of my van was flat. Thanks Jalal, for being so friendly and jumpstarting it at 1.30am in the morning. Will definitely park here again if in the future I require long term secure parking, near to the airport.

Great service and staff. Check in was easy. Ali and his team were very friendly. Bus ready to leave when we were. Highly recommended.

Best service. I found them from #looking4prking website on February and got a good rate for 2 weeks parking.prompt pickup and dropoff by the super driver Ali so we didn't miss the flight to LAX. On the day of arrival gave them a call 15minutes before and Ali came rushing to pick us up as I mentioned I've got a one year old and a 4 years old. Ali lift all the heavy bags for me and also helped me to put everything back into my car. I greatly appreciated that. Really good service. Would recommend to anyone.

The drop off service was without flaw, however the pickup service was horrible. We were exactly on time to the minute, and called 10 mins in advance, however he said he could not wait for us and had to go all the way back to the compound. This meant my partner and I had to wait outside in the cold for 30 minutes. When he came back he literally did not speak one word or even apologize for the 30 min delay. The whole drive home was silence and then he passed the key over. Will not be using this service again.

Do not park with them! I left my car there for 72 hours and when I returned my car was handed over unlocked, when I went to lock it when I got home the keys no longer fit in the key hole properly to unlock or lock the car. I was having to crawl through the passenger side. I have no idea how they managed to do it but I had to replace the entire lock! It took 5 phone calls to get onto the manager and then he never called me back. They will acccept no responsiblity as I see now many others have already experienced. The staff were friendly but its not worth the risk!

Not easy for communication. Received replied email for bookings two days later. Waited for 30 min at the airport for pick up after calling three times. I would not recommend this service.

Easy to find, friendly staff and record car damages and scratches and kilometres before you leave your car, making you ease mind. Good experience.

DANGER! DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK. They damaged my car and refused to take any responsibility. Completely unprofessional and not helpful at all. I urge you to take photos of your car before and after when using ANY of these services.

First time we booked with runway, was an excellent service, friendly staff helped with luggage.although nice service.
