Running Postman Wine Bar

This bar is genuinely superb! The wine list is fantastic, the food is delicious, and the staff are extremely enthusiastic. I would say this is an absolute must try not just for Camberwell locals, but anyone in Melbourne. Conveniently located outside the tram stop and near Hartwell station. The owners are very kind and hospitable and that is reflected in the service. Although drinks were excellent, I would particularly recommend the Nebbiolo and the Sangiovese! In terms of the food, we tried the oysters (outrageously fresh), the lamb croquettes (make sure you get two per person), the salt and pepper calamari and the corn ribs (divine)! Will have to coke back and try the other options. Great job setting this up!

I’m not 100% sure what I ordered but it was yum and it had fairy floss on top

The lady serving was friendly and helped us decide what to get. We were both pleased with our choices. I’ll definitely be back again.

One word. Stunning. It’s not easy to operate a business under lockdown conditions but wow, the effort that goes into the takeaway food and drinks really puts a smile on your face. A couple of takeaway cocktails and pork…. This set the tone for a beautiful afternoon enjoying the sunshine at home. I’ll be back!

Called in on opening night. Super friendly and helpful staff who recommended a delicious Shiraz from their outstanding collection. Looking forward to stopping in for a drink soon.

Friendly service, and an interesting selection of wines. Opening as a drink-in wine-bar in May 2021 also, which is much needed in this very dry part of Glen Iris.
