I have really enjoyed the reformer Pilates classes! It was very helpful how they demonstrate the exercises on a spare reformer and they will also go around and make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. Thanks Run Club Team!
Run Club is so fun. Perfect when you are feeling unmotivated to go for a run on your own, particularly in the colder or darker mornings! I really enjoyed the classes. Motivating instructors and and overall great vibe.

I love this place - it is a one if a kind work out! Caitlyn and Rylie have created a great community where runners of all levels can come together to push themselves, at their own pace, in a positive environment. Never fails to leave me feeling energized!
Recently joined Run Club and have been loving it! The speed work & hill sessions are a great challenge and the instructors, music & general atmosphere are the best motivation to push that little bit harder. The reformer pilates also compliment the run classes really well.
I always find it a little daunting going to a new gym, but Run Club had a very welcoming vibe! Equipment was great and everything felt clean
I’m obsessed with run club! The trainers are kind and gentle in their approach, but at the same time super motivating. The overall vibe of run club makes me run way stronger and faster than I do on my own and I have noticed my road running paces dramatically increase since starting!

If you’re looking to get into or develop your running in a fun, safe environment - this is it. The instructors are supportive and help the time fly by. The classes are challenging but you’re welcome to do whatever feels right for your body at the time. The music is fun and the treadmills are wide and really comfortable to run on.
