Been using Ruggles nearly every month for the last couple of years for suits. Have never had an issue with quality of their service (unlike the shocker experienced at Uni-Hill in Bundoora). They've always been friendly and helpful too.

AVOID! Very poor service. Brand new white shirts, still dirty on the cuffs and collar, bad job pressing them as well. Requested a refund but was refused. You should have been kind enough to refund my money, now it's going to cost you much more! As a reasonable person, I'm very disappointed.

Ruggles Drycleaners ruined my Trent Nathan new jacket. After cleaning it was returned with the neckline all out of shape and pressed incorrectly. My daughter's silk shirt was over steamed to the extent the colour faded in patches and her Armani pants they altered are ruined. When appropached the staff and owner was extremely defensive, agressive and unhelpful. Three new items ruined. Extreme caution when using Ruggles dry cleaning service.

I have been using Ruggles in Heidelberg for years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. The team is professional, polite and courteous, and they do a great job with all of my cleaning 'asks' of them, be it press only, laundry or full dry careening. If theres ever an problem with a cleaning job, (sometimes a stain will be difficult to remove, it happens occasionally) they will explain the problem, what actions have been undertaken to resolve the issue and usually offer some sound advice at same time. They will always err on the side of caution rather than remove a stain, but risk damaging the fabric; all good from my point of view. Great work Ruggels.

I have been using Ruggles Drycleaning for more than 2 years and never had serious problems with their service. I have found the staff open, approachable and nice. I would recommend them if you live in that area.

Extremely poor service - two items ruined as follows:

(Item 1) X1 Marcs silk shirt damaged causing colour to fade/run. Staff told me that the silk top must of had something spilt on it and to take it back to retailer. I assured staff that there was nothing spilt on the top as I had only wore it once. Staff advised maybe it had something on it when it was bought. I took the top back to retailer who advised the top looks like it has been over steamed, which was my initial thoughts. Item is now unwearable, thanks to Ruggles who were extremely rude and agressive about the whole situation.

(Item 2) X1 Armani pants hem alteration has resulted in hem bulging out of shape (pant legs are no longer a staight leg boot cut) + dry cleaning has shrunk/bubbled material. Voiced aformentioned concerns and asked for refund so I could have hem fixed elsewhere. Staff extremely unprofessional, declining refund whilst raising their voice at me saying I was after money. I was only seeking a refund to fix the damage they caused as i didn't trust them to try and fix it.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed how Ruggles Heidelberg failed to preserve the condition of my clothing. Resulting in two items being permenately damaged and unwearable. Very poor service delivery! I caution the use of this dry cleaners.
