Ruby's Pizza & Pasta Restaurant

Amazing the Food - all 5 of us were impressed. Size of meals, quality, cost, fast & friendly service. I ordered Seafood Pasta the prawns were fresh, tasty, and large. Pizzas delicious. Chicken Parmigiana-huge. Desert Lemon Meringue Pie, fresh, yummy and not a ‘stingy’ serve. We all said we would definitely dine here again.

Online order waited 1.5 hours for order to arrive when it said an hour. Garlic bread flatter than the pizza. Pizzas were cold and topping fell off on both pizzas. Will not be returning will go to dominoes instead

Best Pizza in Melton by far. The guys in-store are super friendly and welcoming and it's always a good experience

Just had an order of Pizzas and Chicken & pine nut pasta have to say not impressed could do better.

Ordered a pizza online and was told 50 minutes delivery time. Nearly 2 hours later it arrived. Won’t order from them again. Besides taking nearly 2 hours when it was delivered it was cold. I rang the restaurant and surprisingly the manager wasn’t there, 2 hours later he returned my call, won’t give me a refund, just kept making excuses. Please stay clear of this place.

Ordered a Sanchez pizza. Not sure what I recieved but deffinatly wasn't a Sanchez. No garlic aioli, roasted peppers or onions and tails left on the prawns

It's definitely a gem of a place, I had the barramundi and it was delicious, Angel was very attentive, friendly and helpful, nice and quiet, just an all round wonderful dining experience, thanks

They could not give a flying toss once it's left their restaurant. Whilst I appreciate that they outsource delivery, the slightest bit of empathy or good will would not have gone astray. If you're going to serve up mediocre food, at least prove average service at the very least. Also, they clearly have the worst uber drivers servicing them, so might be best to pick up if you want their so-so pizza.

Had an enjoyable meal service was of top quality polite freindly and made it a great experience

Mon 4th July. Ordered large Melton Special w onions and extra cheese. Pizza had ham & mushrooms only. Very poor. Ripped off!

We love Ruby’s Pizza! The driver with blonde hair (I didn’t ask her name) was so friendly and delivered our pasta and pizza super quickly.

Dont waste your time and money over here. Im sure that they either changed the chef or transferred the whole business. Used to be the best in Melton but have tried it again twice after lockdown and just now. Pastry garlic and garlic prawn didnt have garlic at all, the cheese in pizza also different. Even the rice for garlic prawn is not what you normally get, it's more like Asian rice. Completely dissapointed!

Order a tree hugger that I have for years, got a completely different pizza, none of the ingredients that are on the listing, the vegetarian pasta we have ordered for years is now containing no tomato sauce it's a weird OILY pesto kind with no flavour and what looks to be frozen vegetables:/ very disappointed

Just ordered a thin base Hawaiian cheese and garlic pizza both on thin baseswith a bottle of 1.25 Sprite delivery at a cost of $36 when the delivery driver gets here he has got a Coke instead of a Sprite and tries to argue with me saying it is coke on the receipt obviously I told him the lady behind the desk as misread or misprinted the receipt she had confirmed the order with me over the phone I open my cheese and garlic pizza first fantastic thin bass I open my hawaiian the pastry is thick a big pile of cheese in the middle of the pizza it look like a complete mess. The delivery driver has gone back to get me a lemonade instead of coke it took another 20 minutes to get me a lemonade I also spoke to the manager over the phone and the Indian gentleman basically did not care it is ridiculous I don't know who was cooking the pizza here anymore but the quality has gone down and the quality of service has gone

I like the food here but shame you can't order a pizza without going to a data collection process or else the computer won't let them make a pizza. Won't bother making pickup orders anymore

Wow! It used to be the best pizza in Melton. Just tried to eat a pizza and couldn’t. The egg was raw, no chilli after asking and it tasted terrible. $40 down the drain, a frozen pizza would have been better.

Since the change of owners this place has gone downhill massively. Used to be the only half decent pizza place around now one of the worst.

Apparently RUBYS is under new management, and they have increased their prices, went to pick up a RUBYS SPECIAL FAMILY pizza, previously costing $18-90, new marked up price $22-99, an increase of $4-09. That is more than a 20% markup. Well I am 100% disappointed, and will find another Pizza Restaurant.

Got ripped off while eating in, charged extra for everything compared to the menu and decided to charge for meals twice. Would not recommend at all.
