Incompetent staff - waited 20 mins for a take away coffee while listening to staff bad mouth their customers. Wont be coming back.

Exceptional coffee and fabulous food. Lots of regulars (including me) and the staff are lovely.

Great coffee and even better service!
Friend and I sat down and ordered coffee before having to dash off to an emergency. Staff gave us some take away cups for our unfinished coffee, when we came back later in the day to pay they wouldn't let us! Such kindness. And did I mention the great coffee? !

Waited more than 10 mins for a take away black coffee. Walked out after staff ignored that I was waiting and had been there a while. Regret not asking for my money back.

Delicious food. Excellent coffee. Lovely staff. Great service. This is our new favourite place to meet!

Broke my butterfly net and stopped by to pick up a spindle, twine and thimble. Just wish they were more time sensitive or refunded my ample butterfly losses. Good coffee.

The owner is a legend, he knows exactly what I want, he gets in special coffee beans for me as a surprise and exceeds my expectations regularly with these small surprises. He even worked out that my daughter was buying beans for me yesterday, so he gave her an extra bag saying your dad will like these.this service is so much appreciated.

Went to Rubiki today and had the best hot chocolate I've ever had and to top it off I had a bacon and egg roll with cheese that was so delicious, and the price was great too, it was a generous size too. Nice and filling. The staff were very friendly and it was a very good atmosphere too. This is a real gem. Thank you Rubiki.

Best coffee and people in Ringwood hands down! The food is excellent too. There is a lot of thought put into the menu and quality of the ingredients are always front of mind. It’s my regular and it should be yours too!

I go here most mornings on my way to work and the coffee is worth the stop! The friendly staff are great and the food is always fresh. Love the smell of their fresh raspberry and white chocolate muffins in the morning! Thanks guys!

This is a great place to take the family for breakfast or lunch, or just to catch up with mates for a sneaky coffee. The staff great you with a friendly smile are friendly and have good communication skills. The decor has a rustic but industrial look, with Beauitful lighting. They have seating inside and outside with the offer of a throw blanket in the winter or an umbrella in the warmer months. The price is a little higher then other options in the same shopping center.
