I found the staff EXCEPTIONALLY helpful and as someone who started and ran my own large retail store, I have a bit of an idea what i am talking about. Purchased caravan mirrors and am going back tomorrow to buy a couple more inflatable boat fenders.thank you.

Excellent service and range of products, I would say that this is easily and by far the best stocked Caravan, Boat and Camping store outside Melbourne - Well worth a visit.

Staff here are great, they took time out to understand the issue l had with my electric powered solar fence and provide accurate advise on how to diagnose the fault, l high recommend these people in their field of work.

We were passing through and had a warranty issue with a product purchased from an interstate RTM store and these guys had us sorted in minutes. The kind of Customer service you hope for.

Staff should spend less time time gossiping among themselves and more time serving customers.

Staff and manager are not suited to running the complexity of the store or many of their products. Although they try to be friendly they do try to deceive the customer to make up for the lack of knowledge. Store has bits and pieces of everything but not enough to complete any task at hand. Many products are on the cheap and nasty side of things, but not all. The only positive thing I found about the business was that some of the pricing was competitive. Overall very frustrating experience with unsuited staff, dodgey and limited stock and products.

A large range of everything and very well priced as well. The staff are really helpful. I am very glad to have found RTM. A lot of what you would buy on ebay is there on the shelves, it takes away the waiting, the uncertainty and the risk of online shopping.

Very good store with good prices. The staff know their stuff. You will be amazed at how clean and set out it is. No problems recommending the place.
