2I was employed by RTG for around 18 months, it certainly has been one of the better ICT companies I have worked for. A solid company with a good working culture, with the very real prospect of IT and/or management skill development through different working environments and projects. As much as I liked the look of the company and the working culture, unless you managed to get tagged as a "managerial favorite". Your actual career prospects will be quite limited. I felt I possessed a good work ethic and put in extra hours when it was needed, despite this senior management had no interest in discussing my career prospects within the company and certainly had no interest in any of my ideas and proposals I put forward.
I don't recommend anyone looking for a job with this company as they dont select on merit and ability.
