RSPCA Peninsula reviews
77Excellent service and informative information regarding pet adoption. Happy to. Refer any one looking for a sole mate in life.
I was good meeting the ladies at the rspca they helped me meet my baby Boy tonka and arranged a meeting and a lot of tips for his training
Beautiful place. They took in a sick wild bunny and saw to it. The staff are helpful lovely.
Wonderful care from all the vets associated with the RSPCA not forgetting that they also need loving owners for pets that are up for adoption. If you have any old blankets, towels, sheets, these are always so very welcome.
I went to explore the option of adopting a cat and I left with one. I had reservations but the staff were incredibly supportive and took time to show me different cats that might suit me, and allowed me to choose, without pressure. Once I chose, they were helpful with the process and I felt extremely comfortable with the process.
Ps I’ve had the cat for a week now and he’s fab. I love him already. “Adopt not shop”
We went in and walked out with our beautiful little Max. Who will be the perfect little brother to our Herbie and Greta. Thank you to the team who do an amazing job in caring for the animals in their care of the RSPCA. I have travelled across the world and we don’t know how lucky we are to have the RSPCA. Thank you for what you do. Adopt, don’t shop!
Thank you for taking amazing care of our beautiful cat Claire it's amazing to finally have her home
All the staff was wonderful this morning with my 12wk miniature schnauzer (DOLLY). First visit.
The fee was priced cheap.
Would highly recommend their services.
Thank you to everybody that took the time to have a hold and cuddle with DOLLY.
They made the whole experience really easy to adopt and connect to the animal you end up with:). Also a great help with discounts.
The people here a so genuine and honest when if comes to helping you choose the right pet, and the animals are so well kept!
I’m new to the peninsula and have needed a new vet for my pets. I’ve been here 3 times and each time have been welcomed by the front desk and had friendly/helpful/approachable vets every visit!
I couldn’t say enough about these guys….
They’re Soooooooooo very caring….
If your looking for somewhere to take your bestie, then this is it.
The care these guys provide is second to no one.
Thanks to the fantastic work from the RSPCA my best mate has a brighter future.
RSPCA IS THE ONLY WAY
I went in store today to look at the dogs for adoption and waited 20 mins and didn’t even get acknowledge to say I’ll be with you in a moment mind you I saw 3 staff members at the back not doing anything but talking and no they were not busy it’s not that hard to say I’ll be with you in a moment but apparently for rspca workers it’s to hard to acknowledge there customers if you want to get treated like your worth nothing come here: (
RSPCA Peninsula, pearcedale, is above all a very great animal shelter. A lot of improvements and new buildings. It is good to see that a lot of money on donations is well spent, on improving shelters like this. Keep up the good work RSPCA. Doing a good job.
I would like to say a big Thank you to the Vets and Staff at the RSPCA they were able to help me with quite a few questions that I had about my new furbaby Angel and what they told me helped out so much so I definitely would call them if u have any issues or concerns about ur Loved pets.
Take care all, keep up the Good work, Jewels.
Lovely, passionate, caring staff at both the public vet clinic and the shelter/adoption centre. The perfect place to adopt your new pet, or to volunteer. A place for animal lovers.
A huge Thankyou to RSPCA for helping me so much with the adoption of Ronald. He is perfect for my other bunny Runner and they have bonded together beautifully because of your amazing adoption process and support. Ronald is adorable and a wonderful addition to our family. I will be highly recommending you to everyone.
Oh wow, to say I’m absolutely disgusted is an understatement. I was outraged with the customer service that was provided by Jane, who I was under the impression was one of the “Team Leaders” at the Peninsular Clinic yesterday.
I cannot fathom that you have someone like that working at RSPCA…
I was calling on behalf of my partner, who was trying to reclaim his dog, but was instantly told it was “none of my business” when in fact, it actually was. Your team provided my partner with the false information & now because of that, he is left without HIS dog.
I hope that this “recording” was used for training purposes & how NOT to speak to customers.
Shame on you Jane!
No empathy what so ever. You should be absolutely ashamed in yourself & how you spoke to one of your customers yesterday… I will not be returning.
0/10 customer service.
Always caring. Partner took his dog and they were gentle. We keep going back for different pets over the years. Very compassionate when we had our cats cremated. We also bought our last cat which we still have and love.
Cesar Millan and RSPCA Peninsula have successfully helped me give my dog a happy and healthy life.
