RSEA Safety Taylors Lakes

I'm posting this as I'm at my wits end!
Approx 2 months ago my husband and I attended your store in the attempt to get some new pants, (my husbands work has an account with you). You said you would give him a call back within a week which was never received.
After approx 3 weeks I attempted to call and was told without a PA you couldn't help. My husband asked his employer for details which they couldn't provide as RSEA still had it.
My husband attempted to call with the same result.
On Saturday 22/4/23 we attended your store and was told they don't know anything about this order, but a manager would be in on Monday and will call when they get in; I expressed my dissatisfaction at this time, but my husband asked me to wait until we had given the opportunity to fix the problem.
No big suprises here, but no phone call received!
This is not the first time I've had issues with RSEA Taylors Lakes, as I use them for my work as well but it's reaching a point I don't think they are worth the trouble

Came in today for ladies work pants and didn’t know where to start!
Tania was amazing and showed me three different styles I would never have chosen for myself. She knows her stuff!
Walked away very happy.

Place an online order, wait two days seeing it listed as 'being picked'. Call, get told they don't have in stock. Be a bit better if you guys could have called me instead to let me know instead of me having to chase up something this simple.

After spending over half hour looking for and trying on pants. Refused to sell for advertised price as it had a price increase on the computer system. A $5 increase. Did not honor the advertised price.

Just wanted to say the two sales assistants working this afternoon just before 3pm (Friday) were awesome. As soon as I walked in they both greeted me with huge smiles behind their masks and were happy and friendly! Keep up the good customer service girls!

Happy with the service here, the two women who were working were helpful and when I had an issue and needed to return my shoes, it was no dramas. My husband has been happy with this store as well.

Entered store at 3.45pm on a Saturday and was approached and told they shut at 4pm, should shut at 3.45pm if they do not want customers!

Getting supplies for out team at Melbourne Metro Tunnel project, even during lockdown, was a breeze.
Today was no different

Rude, arrogant service. Treated like a criminal for trying to enter the store during Covid lockdown. Was allowed entry but only after providing workers permit, drivers licence, trade ticket and being questioned on scanning QR code.interrogated about mask exemption beyond legal boundaries. Felt very uncomfortable in store and will never shop at RSEA again

First time at this paticular branch awesome service the staff were extremely helpful and polite

Tried to buy safety shoes but was refuse entry and ask to provide proof that I'm an essential worker. I'm in the construction/ earthmoving business. Some areas are not essential. I have purchased here a few times including my previous boots. I was travelling with my wife in her car so I did not have a white card with me. I visited the water Gardens mall and bough boots there

Came into the store today l was served by Brooke she was very helpful and patient with me and above all that Brooke was very professional in her work l would definitely go back to this store again happy customer! Thanks Brooke

Old lady with load voice does not have a clue on boots even though she had to remind me of her 30 years experience and that all the American brand boots not made in the US are the best that USA have as that's what they all wear. Well best you go there cause you'll see nobody in those boots

Very bad customer service. I will never visit this store again. Very rude young girl this Thursday afternoon. Bad attitude and way of talking. I left on entry only.

Great store. It was my first time coming in, and staff were all super friendly, greeted me warmly, and had in depth product knowledge about the boots and pants I was after. 10/10. Will definitely be a returning customer.
