This store takes the cake for me when it comes to providing poor customer service. The level of incompetence with staff and including the manager is unbelievable. They are as arrogant as they come. Definitely left a bad taste with my experience. I would not recommend to anyone. Disgusting!

Very bad customer service. The team is very lazy.
They’re just sitting on chairs and doing nothing, and if we ask them a question they barely respond back without any effort in helping the customer.

Definitely thats my last visit to this store.

Lovely staff, terrible women's range. 1 rack and no medium sizing left. Don't even have beige pants at all.

Honestly as one of the most biggest retail stores in Australia i was shocked on how poorly it runs, 1st the staff are terrible i went in last week to buy some boots and not one staff came over for assistance the 3 girls just stayed in the back on their phones laughing and lastly u would expect a nice good wide range of footwear maybe some small brands to help boost their footwear name out there but its really just 3 brands to be honest

Went into the store today and was absolutely shocked by the customer service we experienced, went in to buy a pair of work boots, after asking for a size the lady at the counter turns around and disrespectfully tell me whatever is on the shelf is what's on the shelf, while she was then serving us she didn't say a single word to us, didn't ask what we would prefer to pay with, but instead continues speaking to another worker next to her, once the transaction was completed she printed the receipt and threw the box on the counter and replied with "done". Never experienced such disrespect at a store before

RSEA don't stock trusted Aussie brands like Hard Yakka, Bisley or King Gee, they only stock poor quality workwear like FXD and Eleven. I'm a plumber, need decent work gear.

Friendly helpful staff. They made sure that I got what I needed and told me to take my time. They have a large range of products. Highly recommended.

Upon walking into the store I was immediately greeted by a young lady. Very friendly and asked if I needed some help.

Thank you to Teagan for your customer service. She not only brought out numerous styles of pants for me to try on, but she was also very patient and attentive

Worst experience I ever had. A guy named Matthew who appeared to be the manager was very rude and aggressive. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I'll never go there again.

They don’t have a advantage in price or service. And their return policy is certainly the worst I have ever seen.

The bloke with the red hair and glasses is very rude and quite hostile, if you have to go there steer clear of him!

Waited ages for customer service. When help finally arrived it was useless. Asked for lightweight safety shoes and got told they're all the same. So, no particular brands or styles were recommended. I left without buying so I can go home and do my own research. Disappointing.
Also, the ELEVEN brand clothing is very inconsistent in sizing and zippers on pants frequently unzip on their own

The customer service by Teegan (hope I spelt that right?) was exceptional today! I couldn't be happier with my purchase, she was amazing and onto it, told her exactly what I needed and she gave me the best deal possible! Complete life saver because I needed this for Monday. Keep up the good work!

I came in with my partner on Monday as he desperately needed new work boots because they were unsafe. It was truly essential shopping, we came in for what we needed, paid, and then left. We felt staff were overall rude and rolling their eyes as if we were a "hassle". I understand this is a difficult time for everyone. I also work in retail and find sometimes customers shopping during this pandemic are not shopping essentially. In saying that, I would never make judgmental looks towards a customer because at the end of the day they're giving us business (which is honestly a blessing compared to other businesses who are making no money).
I'm just saying it's not hard to be nice to people at a time like this. I still told your staff to have a lovely day and thanked them, as your store does have a wide range of stock and we were overall happy with the products.:) I never ever write reviews but I haven't been able to stop thinking about it. Thanks guys!

Today 02/01/2020 at 5 pm I made a purchase of a pair of work boots. Unfortunately after a really bad day I had a terrible attitude. The young lady and young man on shift at the time were absolutely amazing helpful and extremely polite considering my poor attitude. 5 stars goes to them for their professionalism.
