Waited over 6 weeks for boots. Called every week to follow up. Got told twice that someone will call me back and never did. Too incompetent go elsewhere

I’m writing as I’m very upset as I was excited to come and get my new uniform and had in mind I would get someone who was understanding that. I was new and didn’t know what I needed, I came here on Thursday because I had just got the all clear to get uniform for my new job and it was a new career and I wasn’t exactly sure on where to start, your staff were not phased in the slightest in helping me and I mentioned I had anxiety and they didn’t seem to care in the slightest, Im very disappointed.

I will never go back to this store, the customer service is so bad that it is 5 star for the most worsts customer service including the rudeness which seems like the culture here. Well done girls you will never see me or my money again. Thanks

Use to be good pre covid but now they've flooded the shelfs with overpriced Eleven clothing and customer service has always been horrible at this store.

Very poor experience sadly - were not open the entire day. Arrived at 10am, to wait for 40mins with no one opening the store, to then leave and then come back 1 hour later to no luck. Then came back at 3: 20pm to still find the store still closed. At 10am an employee was present but couldn’t access the store which I find utterly disappointing, but what makes it worse is that both times we made the trip back, no communication was left on your doors to explain the situation. Just a little common curtesy goes a long way, as I could if made my way to another store, instead of making multiple trips to your store.

I have been waiting on some items from mid December 2021. (I was aware of the wait when pre-ordered) The item's had been held up at the warehouse due to the current situation. Ruby was so lovely, went above & beyond to help me, communicated & was able to find stock to fulfil my order sooner. Could not recommend more!

We needed a jacket for my husbands work ASAP but couldn’t go to any stores because of the current lockdowns. I placed an order and called the store and the workers were so kind and accomodating, they were able to prepare the order for me the same day.

Although good products it was very disappointing (!) that the shop assistant was NOT wearing a face mask although it is currntly mandatory indoors, and that I was reminded to check-in on arrival.

Easy acess, great customer service. I returned a pair of boots purchased online and the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely shop there again.

Good shop with pretty much what one expect from a standard RSEA store in terms of the products. The cashier gave me a smirk when I went to buy a mask because Covid situation and was pretty unfriendly.
