11Went to return boots that I had bought two weeks prior under a 30 day comfort guarantee, and was told by a male employee to call the footwear company representative myself to ask for an exchange/refund. Explained to him that it clearly states in the footwear website to return to original place of purchase After a bit of back and forth I finally got my refund. Won’t be shopping there again.
The girl was very rude.

They only have half a dozen women’s garments available, which were clearly only things that they haven’t been able to sell.
Came to buy work clothes and upon entering was barked at to fill in thier covid book. A simple, please fill this in thanks would have done. Rude.
The store was much bigger than I expected and very well stocked! Congrats to your staff members for their 10/10 customer service! Definitely recommend:)

Went in to get some boots and pants on a Sunday morning. No help at all with sizes on either despite being only customer in the store. Multiple trips to change boots and pants. Like I said only customer in store while 2 employees chat away. Worst experience. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would

I went into the store with a Purchase order to pick up my work boots which my company had organised.
The staff had no idea how to process this request and constantly kept telling me that I have to pay for the boots. I told her my company has already paid for these boots and there’s no need for me to make a payment. Instead of admitting that she had no idea how to process this request she kept blaming me saying that you have to pay for these boots now. The whole process took nearly 15-20 mins and there were some angry customers waiting behind me all thinking that this is my fault.
In the end I ran out of patience and I told her I shall go to another RSEA and pick my boots up. To which I think she was relieved and straight away said “yes please go ahead”. Dint even apologise for any inconvenience, absolutely nothing.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE BTW.
The very next day I went to RSEA Geelong, I showed them the PO, Picked up my boots and was out of the store in less than 2 mins. IT WAS THAT EASY.
I would like to thank the staff at hoppers crossing for their excellent service. I’ve only shopped there a couple of times and will continue too.i had trouble finding boots that fitted correctly and they spent time and effort fitting me. Excellent keep up the good work. Highly recommended store
