I have now shopped here now for quite awhile
The service is absolutely perfect, nothing is an issue always happy to help, the products are fantastic, big shout out to Paula for such great friendly service
I thoroughly recommend this shop for anything to do with work

We were provided with outstanding customer service by Kathryn today! She was so friendly, knew her products well, was fun and extremely helpful. This is our second experience at the store and we have had Kathryn on both occasions and she was so wonderful the first time too!

Only stocks two sizes in woman’s workwear in store. Women need to order online for majority of items as they are not stocked in any stores. Complete discrimination! This is due to the franchise’s ordering policy, not owner.

I waited patiently. While others customer's where being attended to. Then they ignored me and served the guy who came up after me. So I put back the items where they belonged and I left.
If only I could give no stars.

Has everything you'll need, excellent friendly and honest service well stocked and clean, this is where I'll go everytime I need gear.

Staff were not wearing masks or checking vaccination status or check in. In order to try to sell me boots, the staff member told me that all their brands of boots are made in Australia (obviously not true). Heaps of flyers up for ‘Boxing Day sale’ but only a very small handful of items were actually on sale - very misleading.

Good range of products and excellent staff. Simona was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

Very easy parking and has very helpful staff. I asked about safety glasses that were on sale. My sale was completed in less than five minutes.

My employee tried to return some work boots which were too small. He'd worn them around rue house for a bit but the Manager would not take them as they had a small amount of dirt on one sole!

The staff here are really helpful- Simona patiently helped me fit the right pair of work boots today and I’m really happy with my purchase. It’s not often you get this type of service in a big store, but kudos and thanks to the Belmont RSEA store staff.

Highly recommend RSEA Safety. Fitted out for new safety boots and gear on Sunday, and was provided with a very personalised service by Simona. Excellent product recommendations and a wide range of products on offer. I’m highly recommending across my entire workplace as the one stop shop for high quality work gear with knowledgeable staff and friendly customer service. Thanks.

Staff are very rude. Can't browse the shop without 5 different people coming and approaching you, making you feel uncomfortable. If help is required we are all able to freely ask.

Awesome experience! Cindy was very knowledgeable with products and boot fittings & customer service was second to none from all the ladies even though store was very busy!

We always make sure we go to this rsea on the Sunday as we love the customer service we get from the two ladies there. They're always tentative, their product knowledge is great and they always make sure that what we buy fits us properly. I wish more retail assistance would be like them. They both always go above and beyond. Thanks ladies!

Always receive professional friendly service from ANY of the sales team. Will go to great lengths to source and supply us with our preferred gear.

Pathetic service by the two ladies on the counter, did not even attend us properly. Both of them have the weird attitude towards customers. I would zero stars if I can. Don’t go there, worst experience.
